Although contacting a restoration company is never for a positive situation Rainbow Restoration made an unpleasant situation a little more palatable. From the moment I called them to the technicians that responded to their billing department Rainbow Restoration treated me with care and concern for what I had just gone through. They were professional, customer service oriented and reliable. Hopefully I will never need a restoration company again but if the need does arise I will contact Rainbow Restoration Staten Island. Thank you for making an awful situation a little easier to handle.

Great experience from start to finish. Michael kept us informed about every step, was very patient and helpful. Crew who came to do water mitigation, flooring removal, and new installation were all respectful of property and friendly. Vinnie and Kevin were also very helpful and thorough (sorry I didn't catch the name of all the guys!)

Terri and his crew were quick to respond and get my carpets removed ,as well as handling my insurance claim. I would give them a 5th star except for one of their sticky finger workers stole $40 worht of lotto tickets I had on my dresser.

They were hired by our insurance company to dry up the aftermath of a roof leak. They were very professional and did a good job.
