I was impressed with quick responses, promptness, hard work and effectiveness of this service. Recently, my area of nj received 7" of rain in an hour resulting in flooding and water in my basement, where it never occurred previously. That same night of the flooding, my sales person alerted me that i would get a call at 8-10am the next morning to set up time for an estimator to come to my house and survey the damage. They called that night, at around midnight to set up an appointment, from 10-12 the next morning. This was great for me, as I wanted this to get remediated quickly. The surveyor showed up at 9:50am and prior to the window. Once the estimate was signed, the technicians who did the work showed up approximately 3 hours later to the job. They worked until the job was done at 8:30PM. The Next guy who came to pick up the fans 4 days later and the industrial de humidifier showed up at 8:15am for an 8-10am window. The communication was a great blend of phone/text/human and was exceedingly straightforward with little complications or grey area, I would easily use them again as they were so prompt, over-delivering on my expectations, while solving my issue rapidly and professionally, I would definitely recommend them to any seeking out fast response for remediation.

We had a flood in our basement. The restoration group was quick to come and address the issue and get to work cleaning it up and setting up the equipment to dry everything out. Everyone who came into our home was kind and professional. They were even friendly to our two barking - but friendly - dogs. The team communicated with us every step of the way. Thanks!

This company was great. They communicated regularly and left my house like they were never there. Had a leak in my ceiling that spilled into my living room. They took down the ceiling and made sure it was completely dry. Again left my home clean with no dust or dirt. Great job!! Would definitely recommend!
