I had a bad water leak in my basement and needed help fast. I called Emily at ServiceMaster, and she was amazing from start to finish. She made me feel comfortable right away and took care of everything, including all the insurance paperwork. The team showed up quickly, got everything dried out, and made a stressful situation so much easier to handle. I really appreciate how professional and caring Emily and the ServiceMaster crew were — highly recommend!

The Service Master team has shown time and again that they are the best disaster recovery team going. They are quick to respond and their work is fantastic. If you're ever in the unfortunate situation that calls for a disaster squad, give them a call. You won't be disappointed.

I would never recommend this company for any work. It started off with me asking them to quote a removal AND replacement job. I skim the quote as I am frazzled from the water that had leaked through the ceiling and this is the third quote I had gotten and it looked fine on its face. Work is executed in a timely manner only for me to find out that they had JUST quoted removal and now they want double the money to put everything back. Not only that but they have billed me for several line items that were NOT done. I had to send the bill back twice before I got an itemized bill that was just the work which was done. Not only that but their pricing is opaque nonsense. Actual work done was less than what was quoted but the original bill came in almost 20% over due to "an adjustment of the square footage" Eventually the final bill was $100 under what was quoted even with the large difference in work quoted versus performed but I don't have any more ammo to argue with them. I am half convinced they have a number they want the job to cost and move around the line items to arrive at it. If you do decide to hire them measure every square foot of plastic they put up and the exact square footage of flooring they cover as they bill based on what they think they can get away with instead of what they actually do.

We recently had an issue at work requiring a biohazard cleanup. We called Kristin at ServiceMaster of Stoneham. The cleanup was completed the next day. Everyone was very professional and kept us informed before, during and after the job was completed. I would highly recommend them for any disaster service needed whether it's a flood, fire, mold or a biohazard issue.
