Had water damage to my rental restroom and hallway from toilet water overflow. I was so stressed out since I didn't know things have to be ripped out and rebuild because of the water damage. I called 3 different water restoration companies. Finally decided on this one since everything Adina promised and explained to me sounds great. We'll work with your tenants. We cleaned things out and put them back. With other companies, you'll have to look for a contractor after the water mitigation. Then Elena came to do the work. Late to the first visit, looked frazzled and complained about how busy she is. That was a red flag but I tried to be understanding. We all had those days. Decided to use them anyways. My insurance asked for prove showing the damage was not for long-term leak. She said she'll work on it and then sent it to the wrong email address. I had to bother my insurance with for them to finally approve coverage. When work started, little to no notice of when they will come to work. No updates unless I asked. Some days I asked and didn't get response until closer to 10pm. Thank God my tenants were flexible and work from home, not sure how things could've been done if they were so flexible. It was stressful. When the mitigation was almost done, she told me she recommended I look for a contractor for the rebuild. I said I thought you will do it, the whole reason why I picked your company. She said it would take over a month for a contractor from her company to be available to take a look. Estimate will not be free. At times she speak to me like I'm bothering her and like I'm asking her to do work for free. Last time I was in contact with her she said she'll send the pictures of completed with after mitigation, still haven't receive them pictures lol. I guess it was a blessing we didn't use them for the rebuild. I might have a stroke or heart attack dealing with the stress working with them any longer.
Had a great experience with Service Master, they were very responsive and did a great job. Elena was great throughout this process and very communicative. I appreciate the effort and fast response to our call on the beginning. Thank you!
I want to give big shout out to Elena, the project manager, for being to awesome in helping getting our house fixed. My house was on the market and Elena and her team were able to fix the leak and water damage quickly. Thank you so much for all the hard work! Wish I can give you guys 10 stars
Elena (project manager) and James (water damage technician) were at my house in less than an hour after I phoned them and let them know that there was flooding in the master bath/bedroom and the garage. They were able to extract most of the water from the affected areas. Elena explained the procedure and was professional. She answered all the questions I had. She made sure that James returned the next day to take samples of the water damaged areas. So happy with all that they have done. I recommend them to anyone needed this service.
We had a real mess due to a water leak. Elena and her crew came in and got to work removing and drying out all the damage. Once that was done they worked with our insurance to repair all the damages and get our home put back together. Everyone was thoughtful and polite and worked hard. Which we very much appreciated.

I managed to get fiberglass from a mattress all over my apartment, and this crew **saved me**. Elena, Adina, and Christiano went out of their way to figure out how to clean it up and help me on a Sunday (their day off) just so I would have a safe/clean space for my family. They are even helping me dispose of the contaminated items that cannot be saved and leaving an air scrubber for a few days to ensure my home is safe. My home was left cleaner than even the landlord left it for me. Absolutely amazing people. I definitely recommend them if you find yourself needing help. They are kind, gracious, professional, and really care. 🙂
