Bob Moses Ceramic Coating Surprise

Update 8-20-25 Vehicle Number 4, this time a 2024 Tacoma. I am a firm believer in this product and taking care of my investments! I am extremely happy with the Bob Moses Team in Surprise Az! Thanks Gents Update: 7-3-25 Vehicle number three taken to Bob Moses In Surprise! This time an 89 K5 Blazer. Needed a small dent repair and a full ceramic coat with paint correction. Once again, Bob Moses did NOT disappoint! Take care of your investment by spending the money for ceramic coating. I Promise you it’s 100 percent worth it. Ease of cleaning, no swirl marks! Plus Damien and his team are excellent humans! HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!

Can’t say enough about my experience with Bob Moses surprise! The gloss that it brought to my already bright and glossy wrap is unreal! My van washes with ease with their ceramic coating making it quick for me to do on my already busy schedule. The customer service is top notch! Christian was great to work with and answered all of my questions, was wondering if I was wasting money until I saw my truck and it looked fantastic, will definitely do my other vehicles, do not waste your time with other shops.

This team of experts at the Surprise location take a great looking car to another level of awesomeness. And the glass as well. Didn't think it would tube that big of an improvement on a new car. So impressed I had my other vehicle done the following week. Great job BMCC team.

Very happy with the ceramic tint they did for me on my Ford F250! Additionally, the proprietary coating they applied looks incredible and adds a depth of color to the vehicle that factory paint does not have! Easy to clean and maintain! Their coatings may be excellent, but I was not impressed when I visited their Surprise AZ location this morning. I thought they had gone out of business, absolutely no cars in sight as driving by, and an empty lot . Drove past it twice before I realized they were open. When I went in, there was one pickup in the shop, probably belonged to the one employee there. Customers were certainly not beating their doors down to do business with them today. I was quoted what I thought was an astronomical price, with no details as to the process until I asked. Then was given a very generic answer. Sorry, but based on my impression, I will be looking elsewhere to get the job done.

This location is so bad, only about 2 people working and they always have some type of attitude. Also very hard to find the location and it’s in a very sketchy area as well. People can easily break into your car. I’ve heard they actually have had people walk into the office when closed and that means they can easily access customers keys/etc. Is there even a boss for this location? Or are they just never there? Would totally recommend the location on bell road. So much for professional. My husband will be going to bell location for now on. Do not recommend this location at all.
