Spaulding Decon Tampa

I recently used Spaulding for a service on my home. The were prompt,professional, and very caring. Taminique and Chiere were great workers. They were respecful of my space and left everything spotless. I would recommend their services to anyone needing a reliable company.

My garage and laundry room were flooded by hurricane Milton. Spaulding Decon was recommended to me because the flood water was considered category 3 or hazardous. The two gentlemen who came to my house were prompt, polite, thorough and left my dirty old garage and laundry room sparkling and smelling fresh. They addressed all my concerns. I couldn't ask for a better experience.

Spaulding Team was quick to get on our storm surge remediation. Demo crew worked with us to change out personnel to help preserve countertops for reuse. The walls were opened up and dryers were in the house in 4 days. Once dry, the decontamination team came through and sprayed all exposed surfaces to eliminate mold growth. Throughout the process, Spaulding was responding to questions and had helpful suggestions for contractors to help us rebuild. We found them via a South Tampa Facebook group and called them based on several positive reviews. Based on our experience, I would recommend them if you need flood remediation and decontamination.

The Spaulding team has been amazing to work with. They flawlessly handled deep cleaning of my cottage and removed a damaged carpet. I called on them again to help with a family members deep cleaning needs and again outstanding results

Spaulding Decon helped us tremendously in the aftermath of Hurricane Helene. Our house flooded with about a foot of water (and three feet in the garage). They mobilized so quickly and knew exactly what to do. In an overwhelming situation, I could not be more grateful to their crew for handling our home professionally and expertly. I feel safe to start rebuilding because of their expertise.
