We had two plumbing issues recently and used Paul Davis Restoration of Mobile the second time and they have been nothing but wonderful to work with. Thomasina, Angel, Tremaine , and Julius have been sympathetic and professional. Knowing this was the second time in a few weeks, they understood our emotions and told us they had this under control. We would recommend this company in a heartbeat.

At first the mitigation team was great and helpful. After we signed the first contract and began making payments, the communication became very poor. Scheduling was incredibly inaccurate with several delays without notice. At times supervisors did go out of their way to correct mistakes which was nice, but other times we could not get a response out of them. When their subcontractors made a costly mistake they were quick to try and foot us the bill and/or run up our insurance. Everyone was nice for the most part, but again communication was very inconsistent and poor. Would possibly recommend for a small job, but it would be hard to recommend for anything that could involve having to move out based on our experience.

Paul Davis Restoration of Mobile and Baldwin County are the G.O.A.T. when it comes down to it. We suffered damage do to a water leak in our plumbing. They were on the scene in a flash and were communicative, professional and effective. Everything from the initial tear out, drying and dehumidification all the way through to the reconstruction phase. They helped us communicate with our insurance carrier and explained the nuances in our coverage as they applied to our situation. You hear nightmare stories all of the time about competitors in their space.. our experience was the opposite. Having them as a partner through this entire process has been invaluable. Thomasina was freaking on it! 24/7 always quick to respond, call or swing by.. just relentless! Emily, Aaron, Stuart, really the entire team... 10 out of 10 would recommend!
