We were a little disappointed with the company overall because they put us off twice to do other jobs. However, the people that arrived did a very good job and were super nice and helpful.

I contacted Serpro a month ago regarding fire damage to my property, and unfortunately, 30 days later, I am still waiting for the scope of work. When I followed up with them, I was given an unsatisfactory explanation that they were focused on closing open accounts due to the end of their quarter/year, which caused my bid to still be at the home office. In contrast, I reached out to Servicemaster earlier this week, and they provided a detailed scope of work within two days. This experience with Serpro has been frustrating, and I would not recommend their services based on my current experience.

Chance was wonderful to work with as was the ServPro business. Chance kept me informed to the entire process of remediation, which was all new to me. He responded to all my questions & I had the feeling he would stay until all my concerns & questions were answered. Chance had a calm and professional demeanor. ServPro is a business that was easy and smooth to work with. ServPro & Bob have a keeper with Chance! I would recommend them to friends and neighbors.

In a most stressful time of life our main floor flooded. Pete came asap and helped me understand what they would do to dry everything out. Josh and his team came in and were so kind and professional I was happy to know we were in the best hands ever! If you need help call ServPro of East Topeka! They are the BEST!

Did high quality, thorough job very timely to prevent mold damage from water leak. Responded over holiday weekend and began work immeidately. Crew was not only professional and hard working but very amiable and friendly. Very interested in our welfare and that of our property. Great customer service as well as technical expertise.

My experience with this company was a huge disappointment! They were called to evaluate a problem, then proceeded to lie about our interaction and say they were verbally abused by me which never happened. My character can be verified by many as a considerate and fair person. I don't appreciate being accused of something I wouldn't do. As for the job, they sent a young man that wasn't very experienced in his duties, was supposed to draw diagrams with measurements, and photo document water damage, then submit a report none of which materialized. The strange thing is, all parties involved never displayed any anger in any way. I found this issue out through my insurance adjuster and was perplexed. I feel they weren't interested in the job and created a story in poor taste. I have owned and operated my own business, and I am a believer in truth and character, the foundation of integrity, and I'm sorry to say my encounter with Servpro was anything but truth or character! I will never consider this company again or recommend them to anyone. Plenty of honest hard working businesses out there, and I have found one thank's very much.

**Air Duct Cleaning** Josh and Dakota were very prompt, professional, and thorough. They did a double walk through and helped us to ensure that the house is ready to hit the market! Would definitely recommend to anyone needing this type of service. Thanks guys!!
