Hunter Andrews and Dan McPhee have excellent customer service and construction expertise. They managed our flood re-Construction perfectly. If we ever need water mitigation or reconstruction, I will use them. They go above and beyond and seem to enjoy doing it. I still contact them occasionally for construction advice and they are all too happy to help. They typically will answer the phone after business hours because they care. This is the email I wrote to their CEO (Jon Takata) with no reply. Thank you so much for reaching out and soliciting customer feedback. I truly appreciate your effort and willingness to listen to your customers. Initially, our experience with RMC was excellent, especially given the circumstances of our house flooding. The cleanup crew arrived promptly, removed the water quickly, and installed fans efficiently. Jarrod Daily has been our project manager, and he has been wonderful to work with throughout this process. However, we encountered several challenges once the repairs began. Here are a few key issues: 1. **Contractor Attendance**: After the initial cleanup, there were several weeks where the project sat empty, waiting for contractors to show up. 2. **Quality of Work**: When the crew did arrive, the quality of the sheetrock, texture, paint, and carpet was the worst I’ve seen in my entire career. Having worked for a national builder for over a decade, I have some experience with construction quality standards. 3. **Ongoing Issues**: Despite raising our concerns with Brian and Jarrod, who were understanding and apologetic, we still have repairs that are not up to standard. For example, I'm currently heading home to meet with carpet contractors to address seam issues throughout the house. This situation has been incredibly stressful for our family. While your leadership team seems very considerate, the workmanship from the contractors has been a major concern.

Hands down the best around! RMC has gone above and beyond in all the work they have done for the building I manage. Hunter and his team have been out for a fire, flood, hazmat clean and even a broken window - they were quick, professional, friendly and overall made these negative incidents turn into positive experiences. Thank you for all that you do RMC!

RMC was very quick and smooth and helpful in this process. Very friendly as well. About the only reliable party in a flooding incident where insurance was a nightmare. They were fast and clean and the work looks great!
