Gemini Restoration

The Gemini Restoration team, from Matt, to Sofia, to Kelly, to Elmer, to Johnny, to Ernö, were terrific! We had a wastewater pipe leak in our basement bedroom and they responded to the call from NJM Insurance promptly to demolish two walls and remove the wall to wall carpet within a day. Once our plumber came in to replace the pipe, Gemini was back to replace the walls, paint, and replace the flooring. All were very professional and their work is top-notch!

I cannot say enough good things about Gemini Restoration. I had a fire in my home and they were out that same day to install fans. The next morning a crew was in to start the renovations. Everyone I have dealt with has been professional, courteous, and absolutely amazing! The owners, Guy and Matt go above and beyond, they walked me through the entire process and made it a very smooth and quick process. I would highly recommend this company!

Very quick response next day. Got everything that was wet out be it rug or sheet rock or ply wood. Kept everything clean as possible and fans runing day and night to dry the wood. I didn't think they could put it back together as nice as it was but I think its looks better before the water damage. I would highly recommend them.

This company was fantastic to work with. They came in immediately the afternoon of my flooded basement and right away got to work. They worked seamlessly with our insurance company to make a stressful situation so much easier. My whole experience with Gemini stunk of a kickback scenario with my homeowners insurance. I submitted a claim with my insurance, they sent Gemini - who came and did an "inspection" that lasted maybe a few minutes. Didn’t check any areas I noted were a concern around the impacted area. Quick glances and didn’t check the root issue locations. The next day I received a call that they wanted to schedule a day for work. I refused. I had no information on the expected work, time frame, damage, or an estimate, not a single insight into anything. It was a blatant attempt to bypass me (the homeowner) and just have my claim money go directly to their pockets. Avoid this company. Not trustworthy.

They carefully packed and boxed all our belongings, labeling each shelf and box so everything could be returned exactly where it belonged. They also hauled away the damaged furniture and flooring, making the process seamless from start to finish. Once we chose paint and flooring, installation was fast, clean, and expertly done. The crew worked around my schedule with zero hassle. They even recommended a fantastic electrician who replaced the light fixture damaged in the leak. I dealt with Matt Abramson and he was absolutely great. I had water damage and he was there the very next morning with a crew. The icing on the cake was that my HO Insurance adjuster was very familiar with Matt and Gemini and it was such an easy process. Gemini is highly recommended!
