I usually don’t leave reviews however, I must say , Water and Fire Rescue Pros is by far the best, most professional company I have came across. Very respectful, on time, and guided me through every step! They work with ALL insurances, which is also a win for me! They are available 24/7 which is great. All the technicians are great at what they do, and do an amazing job with the demolition. Jose & Shadi are both outstanding project managers. I will definitely be recommending them to family and friends !

After careful consideration and upon satisfaction of all of my concerns and questions being addressed by Jose Flores, I decided to have Water Fire Rescue Pros do the remediation work at my house. He accommodated me on certain things that I wanted included in our contract, patiently making several revisions at my request. Before the job began, 3 employees from the company came to the house to preview everything. It was quite a nice showing! later on in the project (when something needed to be handled), the project manager who had been here on that day was already familiarized with my property on project. The job began as scheduled, the crew arrived timely each morning that they were scheduled, they were courteous, and observed all of the parameters and limitations that I asked them to abide by. This was very important to me because when remediation is being done, and an area is being contained, you can’t be here during that time so you must be able to trust the people that are working for you to carry out your preferences and guidelines. While some minor damages occurred during the remediation process, (as is to be expected) during the grinding of the floor, some drywall got damaged. The project manager handled this professionally and with consideration which was reflected on my final bill. At one point during the project, I reached out and spoke with the operations supervisor. He was very technically oriented and able to answer some questions that I had with exceptional insight and knowledge. Overall, I would heartily recommend Water Fire Rescue Pros to anyone who requires remediation, does not want to be overcharged, and expects professionalism and courtesy.

I called around and received some far out inspection times" & quotes but Water Fire Rescue came out the very next day took pictures and gave me an honest quote. They explained the full process and 2 days later began the project. They arrived prepared & ready to start. Jose & Shadi were great.
