BCC Restoration

We recently partnered with BCC on the rebuild of two bathrooms that had been unusable due to water damage. They were wonderful. Communication with Walter, the Project Manager, was fantastic, and I knew he was working to get everything completed as quickly as possible for us. The contractors themselves were wonderful as well – Eric and Tom found things that needed touch-ups that we would have never noticed. There is nothing left that I would have wanted done any differently. They were fast, efficient and pleasant to work with.

After experiencing water damage, we were fortunate to connect with BCC. They were quick to call us back, explain the process and deliver on every commitment made. We are extremely grateful to have worked with Nathan. He took the time and effort to assist us throughout the insurance negotiation and always provided his professional recommendation based on his experience in the field. Thank you for making our unfortunate event feel manageable through a chaotic experience. It’s such a relief to have a trusted team during home renovations. BCC Restoration is doing a great gob on my home, Joseph Baye, Nathan, Christian, Kenneth Olson, all the gals answering the phones, are doing a great jobs. The project is the water leaks in my Kitchen and bathrooms, with my insurance company. Then an extra reconstruction in my Master bathroom, also working with MPPlumbing doing my plumbing rework. Thank you so much to the entire team of people we worked with at BCC Restoration. Nathan was so helpful assisting us in navigating the insurance process. After we moved onto the rebuild phase, we initially worked with David and then Walter took over as our Project Manager. Our questions were always answered in a timely manner and everything possible was done to make us extremely happy with the final result! I had excellent service from BCC. My house had considerable water damage, which required new flooring and kitchen cabinets. Project Manager Walter professionally guided the renovation process with his great team of workers. He was especially competent and courteous. Also, Walter kept in close communication with me about progress, dates and times, which made things go very smoothly. Special recognition also goes to hard workers Tom and Brendon. The kitchen and floors turned out GREAT! Earlier in the process, I worked closely with Ian and I can’t praise him high enough. I highly recommend the BCC team for your restoration needs.

We worked with both Robinson and BCC Restoration to help us with a repair from a flooding toilet 5 days before the house was supposed to go on the market. I worked with multiple people from both companies and they were all wonderful. Ultimately, Walter was the Manager of my repairs and helped us get things back in place as soon as possible to get our house on the market. Initially I was going to give in and let insurance give us a portion of what was owed to us because they were so difficult. But both Robinson and BCC went to bat for us and guided us on how to handle our claim with insurance. We ended up getting insurance to pay everything that was owed to us to get our house back to pre-loss conditions. Hopefully we never need restoration services again, but if we do we will be giving them a call!
