John and his team of helpers are all great. They take on a lot of emergency jobs so you may find your scheduled project getting bumped back IF your job isn't an emergency or time sensitive. However, that's how all the big, busy contractors are in this town. If you keep that in mind, they do excellent work at a reasonable price, and they have a pride in their work quality where they'll make touch ups and ensure your happiness even if it meant an extra trip for them on their own dollar. I had John do a bunch of Sheetrock repair for me, and I'm really impressed with the work. He's also helped with trim/finish work as well as general repairs at my house. He will take great care of you.

John Torres did some work for me around 2021 and set up a French door where there was a window. He did a great job leaving everything functional. He is a good listener and accepts suggestions from home owners. I would not hesitate to use his services again!

We decided it was time to sell our home so we could begin to move in the direction of our goals. When you've lived in your wonderful home for almost 15yrs and have taken good care of it there may still be some things that need attention. In order to present a close to spotless home to potential buyers my realtor recommended we do a pre-inspection just to see what might need tidying up. We recently had a major bathroom remodel by CRM Services and the result is beautiful. The remodel included replacing old rotted floor boards due to water seepage. The floor is now nice and sturdy with beautiful new vinyl flooring over the top. A new bathtub and sink were installed to add the finishing touch. In spite of this being a major project it was completed within only one week. The entire crew were very kind and respectful. They even mopped up as they finished, leaving everything nice and clean. I would definitely call on them again.

John and his team are amazing to work with! I had an out of town client needing some repairs done and John did a fabulous job. He was very responsive keeping me up to date as the project items were completed while also providing photos. They worked in a timely manner and made it stress free for myself and my clients. I highly recommend CRM services. I was referred to John by my Property Management Company in Vancouver, WA. I got a quote right away for an interior paint job and was blown away by the speed and great job that was done! I then asked for an exterior quote, which I also got right away. Which is the reason for 4 stars and not 5. Only because of the weather conditions in Washington, I had to wait a few months rather than a few weeks. John has been very responsive and I am very pleased with the painting they’ve done for my rental property. It was a godsend finding this company, as I live in Hawaii, so communication is very important. It was a pleasure working with John and using CRM services!
