Prestige NW Restoration

Prestige NW construction. Has been wonderful to work with. Fiddle Hannah has been very conscientious of his work. Communicating every step of the way. He has been diligent keeping the work are and my house clean. He not only tented off the kitchen to keep dust at a minimum, he also tented the cabinets off so dust wouldn’t get in my cabinets.

We had a water leak in our guest bathroom, PEMCO included Prestige NW on list for us to contact and we are so happy we went with them for our restoration. The bathroom looks incredible, they helped us navigate supplies and manage costs so it stayed within insurance coverage. From Kelly who did the estimating, Fadil and his team who did the abatement , to Rolland our project manager to DJ who always did his work with a smile on his face. We felt like the team was committed to getting it all right for us. If we had issues, they addressed them and didnt make us feel talked down to (which unfortunately some companies do) Bathroom floor, vanity, mirror, flooring with all baseboards, transition strips, painting. We are happy with final result

This is our first experience in fixing our toilet and remodeling the floor. We are lucky to have met NW Prestige staff. We are thankful to Carlin, Mike, Justin and Quintin. They are professional and considerate. They gave us good guidance according to our needs, did a great job protecting the environment, and carried out every step seamlessly. I am so happy with my red wood floor. I would go to them for my next house project. Highly recommended!

This is a very long overdue review. I’ve worked with Prestige a half a dozen times now and I’ve never not come away incredibly impressed. Keigan and his team are always professional, they walk me through everything and are excellent communicators (very good about going through options and they never try and upsell anything), they show up on time and when they say they will, and the work always exceeds expectations. It’s really hard to find good contractors and Prestige NW is the best I’ve ever seen. You will be in good hands be it a big or small job. I’m grateful that they’ve helped restore my home and they completely put my mind at ease for what was a very stressful situation.

I had a flood from my upstairs neighbors that resulted in Major water damage. Prestige came in immediately and started the water removal and drying process. The worker Fadlle Hanna and his whole team were very attentive, and careful with my belongings, and provided great service. I would recommend them.

Prestige NW is by far the best company for water mitigation and restoration, and we have unfortunately had experience with 2 other companies. I shared our need with the Mitigation project manager, Tyler Young, that we needed the job completed quickly as my daughter was coming for an annual visit. He took that to the company and they coordinated a response that was better than I could have hoped for. Fadile Hanna and Rodrigo were courteous, punctual, and very good at what they needed to accomplish with the water mitigation. Roland, project manager for restoration, quickly stepped in to start the repairs. Luis, the drywall expert, showed his talent in leading his crew to repair the walls and ceiling. Shaun and DJ took over to complete the job of trim, flooring and painting perfectly. We couldn't have asked for a better job!

On a Sunday morning we had an accidental flood in our kitchen. Presitge NW was the first restoration company that quickly responded. They were very professional and communicated very well throughout the 5 days it took to slowly dry out the place. Tyler, Nick, Dalton, Carlos and Jeremy did a great job! We highly recommend this company and would use them again if we ever needed to.
