Hank and the whole 911 Restoration staff were all very helpful and answered all the questions I had and then gave easy solutions to fix our problem. I called on Tuesday and was seen on Friday. Very friendly company. Highly recommend.

Hank said I had mold under the flooring and would have to remove the entire first floor because it was all connected. 5000 dollars later and he still found no mold and stopped answering calls after.

They were one of the worst companies I ever worked with. Hank would not return my phone calls for weeks at a time.i spent 11thousand on fixing my problem.They not only did not fix the problem, they stopped answering all calls when I complained. Run, before you trust this company.
