My family and I just moved into our new home on January 1st and within 10 days of being here we started to experience water coming through a section of our family room. It was very disheartening to us considering our inspection passed with flying colors. I spent HOURS online going through reviews, reading up on the dangers of water damage, and trying to figure out how to address this pressing issue in the midst of taking care of my toddler and maintaining my busy workload. However, I came across Expert Solutions and after reading the reviews I had made the decision to call the owner, Fred Wolfe. I called early on a Saturday morning and he was literally at my house within 1 hour of speaking to him. He made sure ask if we were safe and was very professional upon his arrival. He gave us an explanation of his services, things he had noticed, and even went above and beyond to offer us advice about other areas of our home that our inspector seemed to ignore. Things that as new homeowners we didn’t quite think to check on our own. Fred was at our home the very next day to start work! He made everything with insurance run smoothly and kept direct contact with our insurance adjuster. It was incredibly helpful knowing that I didn’t have to take a lot of time off of work to deal with all of this. Fred did a majority of the work. We are so thankful for everything he was able to do for us! He is very passionate about his work and taking care of his clients and I would definitely recommend him to others!

Fred and team are super professional. He is so patient to answer my questions until I fully understand. We had water damage in our ceiling and bathroom, his team fixed my ceiling super quick after it dries, like a new one. For the bathroom, they spent some time helping me find my preferred tile floor and vanity. They even find out the other leakage issue in my house and had them fixed altogether. I’m so thankful. The bathroom turned out much better than the previous one. We love it. His team is very professional and work with high efficiency. Highly recommend to anyone who wants the damage fixed quickly and nicely.

After several small repair projects at my house. I referred Fred at Expert Solutions to one of my customers. They did an amazing job. My customer was very pleased with the quality of the reconstruction work after water damage. In my opinion it was very fast too. It felt good to make a successful connection. Fred and his crew came through again.

Fred was great! I had a mold issue due to a fallen tree puncturing my roof, causing water to seep into one of my rooms and ruin the ceiling/wall. I called and Fred came the next day and gave me a quote with a detailed line-by-line description of the process of how he was going to fix it and how much each step cost—Loved that. He and George relayed new shingles on my roof, tore out the damaged drywall/insulation, treated it for the mold, filtered the air, put in new drywall, sanded and primed it all in 3 days. They were super professional, thorough, efficient, and worked around my schedule. They did a great job. I would highly recommend.

Fred and his crew did a great job restoring my floors and walls. He listened to what I wanted done, and gave good suggestions on things I wasn't sure about. I recommend this company and I would use them again.
