Honestly all the nice words still wouldn't be enough to describe how great of an experience it was working with Initial Response Restoration. From the phone call to the on-the-job experience. They were fast to respond to my emergency call, knowledgeable with a on the spot action plan for my particular situation. Showed up within the hour, found the problem contained the leak, all under 2 hours. They displayed a level of professionalism and work ethic that I haven't seen in a very long time. I’m extremely grateful for Nick and his team. They are very timely, professional, and responsible. I was in a tough situation with closing on my house and needed work to be done in my basement ASAP. I contacted Nick and in such short notice he made it out to my house after work hours. He was very flexible and helped put me at ease. We had a leak in our attic roof. Nick and Isaac came over promptly and told us what they would do and explained everything to us. They came on time and got rid of the mold and left the attic way better than they found it. They were polite and just really great guys. We would recommend them without hesitation.

Nick was professional, responsive, and made the whole process so much easier for me! He communicated with my insurance and made sure everything went smoothly. I had water damage due to a storm and even though they had to do a lot of work including opening up the ceiling, drying it out, and rebuilding it, they finished it in minimal time (in the middle of a New England winter, mind you) and they took care to ensure we could still stay in the house comfortably. Hopefully I won't have to deal with another water damage situation but if I do, I will be contacting them again!

My washing machine leaked from my third-floor to my second floor and water was pouring out of my second floor chandelier. We called our insurance carrier and within hours Nick and Isaac and their team were at our house inspecting the damage. They were very personable, professional and cleaned up after themselves on every visit. They came by every day to check the dampness levels in our ceiling, and it was always a pleasure to see them. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them in your time of need. Five stars all the way!!
