After discovering a mold growth as a result of a faulty AC in the basement and serious moisture levels in surrounding walls, Julio and Bernard and their teams were able to respond extremely quickly to limit the spread and remove/cleanup the damage so that a new unit could be installed with a quick timeframe! Excellent speed and thorough work on all account!

My experience with technician, Gerald Gilchrist with ServiceMaster Restore was a pleasant one. Very polite, great personality, attentive to the mission, he was very formative to the mission. He communicated to me every aspect of the pack out /cleanup after water damage in my father’s basement, which may I said was packed with boxes anything he ran across that he thoughts meant anything, he sat it aside and informed me of the find. We had significant water damage. Our insurance company contacted ServiceMaster and they were here within 3 hours on a Sunday. We dealt with multiple individuals, including Dennis, Julio, Sandra, David and Karen. All were prompt, polite, and extremely helpful. They explained what needed to be done, checked in regularly, and kept us informed. They did a great job cleaning up every day. Now our house is dry. We had a flood in our kitchen, which poured into the basement, flooring and carpeting. Upon speaking with Craig (Project Manager) and his team, they arrived to our house promptly and began to thoroughly assess the condition of the house. Bernard and David were the techs assigned to our home and they worked with us to take care of the water damage, install the fans and communicate frequently throughout the duration of the drying process. Dennis, dry inspector, came at the end of the process and ensured our house was properly dry and free of mold.
