My experience with Servpro was nothing short of a nightmare. Their "typical" business practice set back the timeline of my home re-build by months. According to other industry professionals they used significantly more equipment than necessary which included a massive trailer generator. Poor equipment management in running their water pumps to an ejector pump that had no power, twice. Representing me without permission to my insurance field adjuster, scheduling and doing a walkthrough of my home without notifying me until I was looped into an email after the fact. The complete overreach of their management led me to demanding they remove their equipment from my home so I could find a different mitigation contractor. At the end of all of this I ended up with a bill for $15,000 for just 4 days of work (the generator on its own cost $1,500 a day) and months of time spent fighting my insurance company for a 3rd party adjuster. Servpro management did such a poor job working for my best interest during their unauthorized walkthrough that after getting a 3rd party adjuster involved with my construction contractor my claim went up dramatically. Their actions took a hard and stressful time for me and my family and made it even more difficult and an even longer process than it already was going to be. :Update: Servpros response below appears to have been a meaningless gesture and purely a PR response to appear like they cared about the hardship my family and I went through. I responded to their request to discuss my concerns a week ago but haven’t gotten a reply. This comes as no surprise because even after I emailed management with my grievances the day I requested them to cease mitigation they did nothing to try to make it right or to just inquire into what happened to not make the same mistakes in the future. Seek services from a company that will take better care of you.

We had a waste water backup in our office. Janel, Amilcar and Hugo did a fantastic job cleaning all our restrooms and floors. Highly professional, prompt, and polite. Jose the production manager and John the owner very responsive. Customer satisfaction is their priority.

What an amazing experience we had with Servpro! In our club house we had a raccoon take up residence and made an absolute mess. I called and left a message and 15 minutes later I got a call back from Tyler. And this was a Sunday! He came and met me Tuesday and they did the job today. They used Hazmat suits and successfully removed the walls he destroyed and all the other debris. It’s disinfected and cleaner then I could have ever imagined. I am extremely impressed and would recommend to anyone who asked. I want to thank them for a speedy resolution and their professionalism. Cindi at Lindy’s Lake. 5 stars plus!

Daisha and Javier came on a Friday night around 730 after a long day already and stayed and did an amazing job on our house after a waterline snapped and flooded a bathroom and the bedroom underneath. They were very quick and conscientious in their job and I would highly recommend them.

Janel and his entire crew were great, very careful and meticulous. Got everything back in our house, setup and placed exactly where we wanted it and not a single scratch of the freshly stained hardwood floors. Very appreciative and thankful for him and his crew.

Highly recommend!! Could not be more satisfied with their service. We had a leaking pipe in our basement that required walls to be torn out and tons of blown in insulation to be carted away. I called them on a Sunday night and they were there the next morning! They worked directly with our insurance company to figure out what needed to be done and got right to work. Frank, Geo and Hugo were so easy to work with and did a fantastic job cleaning up. We hope we never have a reason to call them again, but we’d call them in a heartbeat if we did. Cannot recommend them enough! Thank you!!

The Clayton team from Servpro were incredible. We had a time sensitive project that numerous other large contractors did not want to get involved with and this team not only took the project on, but kept the price below my expectations, and then completed the project almost a week sooner than anticipated. Great communication, high quality work, and thorough to the highest degree. Highly recommend these guys, and excited to have in my group of contractors I can rely on.
