First Class Restoration was to repair our home after storm damage. The sub contractors did shabby work that had to be redone. Riley and Matt would not respond to our calls or texts. Our job was abandoned. We paid them a lot of money and they completely let us down. The phone number for this business has been vacated. They are frauds!
Upon finding water damage in our basement, we called First Class Restoration, and their service exceeded our expectations. With swift and efficient action, Riley and Jeff not only resolved the water issues promptly but also provided support with our flooring. Their support extended beyond mere restoration, addressing additional challenges with grace and professionalism. We are very grateful for their assistance and look forward to working with them again!
These guys are awesome. I was warned against several other restoration companies for overcharging, but First Class Restoration was amazing. They came out, gave me great advice, helped out with my problem a little to show me what to do, and then offered to come back later to help again - all without even asking for a penny. They were fast, knowledgeable, and helpful. I would highly recommend First Class Restoration!!!
Jeffery Ohara and his crew are courteous, polite, and genuinely care about the quality of their work. They partnered with our homeowners insurance and painted our living room and kitchen ceiling. They also installed a new light fixture for us. You will not be disappointed! In addition, they called to follow-up to ensure our satisfaction. Now that's amazing customer service. Riley and group rebuilt my porch that had been destroyed by a storm. When here they were they offered good suggestions and listened to my concerns. I was very pleased with the final product.
