Prime Restore Solutions LLC

Keith and Mike came out to my house after we had a water leak in our bathroom that went into the basement. They quickly dried out the basement and wet areas, as well as removed all the drywall in the bathroom due to previous mold from a humidifier issue! Mike was excellent on the communication side and Keith’s work and communication was top notch, This two gentleman really know what they are doing and it showed with the skill of their work! They left my house spotless and were always polite and picked up after themselves, 10 out of 10 would recommend this company but especially these 2 guys!

I am an independent Project Manager representing homeowners and HOAs on their construction and maintenance projects. My client suffered a devastating loss at their vacant rental property as a result of multiple pipe failures during a deep freeze. I came to the project after Prime Restore Solutions had already been contracted to manage the mitigation. I was initially apprehensive in taking the project in which a major contractor had already been selected without my oversight, but I soon changed my opinion after observing Mike and his team in action. Communications were outstanding; Mike was always available to take my call, and always had the information I was requesting. His team members were helpful and knowledgeable. The documentation and interactions with the insurance carrier and trade workers were excellent, and timely. The mitigation work unfolded according to the schedule, and per the client's request was expedited to include weekend work. The quality of work exceeded my expectations, and the site was left clean and ready for the reconstruction phase. I recommend Prime Restore Solutions and I will refer my future clients to consider them.

Mike and Keith took great care of us when we encountered black mold. We were able to get started just days after I called in on the weekend, and Keith took great pains to be considerate and he kept the demolition contained. Basically just looks like my moldy shower was deleted from my bathroom! My partner and I would rely on Prime Restoration for anything that is above and beyond the scope of my skill level, especially when removing and mitigating mold.

We recently experienced a small flood in our home due to broken supply line. Mike and his team we supper responsive and came to take a look over the weekend. They were thorough, efficient and respectful of our home during the process. After the mitigation work had been completed they put everything back to together for us and got it all done within a week. I would highly recommend these folks for any restoration and rebuild needs.

We recently had a flood in a warehouse that we rent from. Mike and his crew came out in 20 minutes with their big machines and got all the water out. They were very knowledgeable and kept my team calm throughout the whole process. They are really the best there is!

We got a panicky call from of neighbor near our winter house saying that water was coming out of the house. We were out of state and and needed quick service from a restoration company. We called Prime Restore Solutions and, as promised, they were there in 45 minutes. Mike and Keith worked through the night until the early morning and were successful on sucking up the water from the burst pipe and drying out the area the best that they could. Some of our walls showed mold and had to be removed which they took care of. We were regularly given updates and progress reports which was very assuring as we were far away. They did an outstanding job replacing the drywall, cleaning up, and getting our house back to normal. I commend these two professionals and am thankful we found them.

I highly recommend them for anyone in Colorado needing restoration or rebuild services.
