Otto was referred to us for mold remediation while we were in the middle of purchasing our home. He was easy to reach, and even easier to talk to. He explained the process and eased my concerns. His price was more than fair and the work was done promptly. I would absolutely use Jigsaw again for any issues, and would definitely recommend them to anyone!

Otto and his team exceeded all expectations! They are extremely professional, trustworthy, and timely. In addition, it was probably the best communication I’ve ever experienced with a service company. Calls and tests were answered almost immediately. They also explained everything in terms I could easily understand even though I have no experience with this type of work. I am very happy with the end result!

I first got an estimate from another company that gave a loose estimate and let me know they could charge more than the estimate. Then I went to Otto and he was very straightforward with cost and expectations which he delivered on for a huge project. If anyone has the poor luck of mold, call Otto. Couldn’t have been happier with the work he did.

My partner and I worked with Otto when we unfortunately had a water damage incident and needed to dry out a hardwood floor. We were understandably stressed and concerned as we embarked on this project, but Otto's professionalism and expertise helped ease our anxiety as he recommended a course of action to repair our floor. Not only were Otto and team able to save our hardwood floor from replacement, as promised, but he also maintained excellent communications with us throughout the process (among the best I've ever experienced when working with a contractor.) He patiently answered our many questions. He also was patient in working with insurance throughout the process. We were devastated when our lower level flooded due to a broken water pipe. However once we called Jigsaw our devastation turned to hope and ultimately made us realize how lucky we were to have called them. They were so prompt and professional and were able to bring in equipment that removed all moisture and safeguard our house from any mold and/or disgusting smells. I would highly recommend them without any reservations.

Otto and his team did a terrific job of cleaning and sanitizing an attic that raccoons had inhabited. They were professional, courteous, timely, clean. I highly recommend Jigsaw.
