Poor communication made this company really hard to work with while handling an insurance claim. I wouldn’t recommend them to anyone. They couldn’t give me a time frame for a start date after doing the water mitigation so my house sat for weeks with no progress while my family is living in a rental. They had workers who asked for my personal belongings and made it very awkward while I was dealing with a major loss. The workers didn’t pick up after themselves outside and on my lawn, on several occasions, leaving me to clean it up. Then, the sales guy they sent to get a signature on the contract was annoyed that I wanted to to take it and read it before signing so I ended up reading it inside my vehicle because it was so hot out while he waited in his. I was hesitant because of how I felt I was being treated and then the contract had a couple things incorrect and he didn’t really have answers so I didn’t sign. I made my decision to go with a local company for the rebuild and I’m extremely happy I did. Jaks construction has gone above and beyond and I wish I had went with them from the get go.

NCRI did an amazing job! Special thanks to Gloria and her team for their professionalism and kindness during our stressful event. From start to finish, they were punctual, hard-working and relentless in helping us sort, pack, clean and organize our belongings. Truly great people!

Colton was the representative we have been working with and when we started the process to fix the roof of the house we are renting we asked for him to give us a heads up about people coming to our house because we have dogs and both work busy schedules and would like someone to be present to make sure the safety of our dogs and be present just in case. Colton told me he would give us sufficient warning on people and supplies coming by, but he has not. We had roofing supplies dropped off a day early and no notice until it was already on our drive way and today I had to text him asking when they were coming by today after being told they were coming by Friday and had to wait all weekend. After contacting him, he told me that it is actually going to be Wednesday. I mentioned how big of an inconvenience it is that he doesn't notify us in time and that we have to park in the street due to this and that my husband took off today to be there not even an apology was given. This is very inconvenient and unprofessional. I understand things happen beyond control sometimes, but a notification ahead of time is a simple request that hasn't been met.

If I could rate NCRI lower than one star, I would. My experience has been nothing but disappointing and unprofessional. Commitments were made but never fulfilled, and follow-through was consistently lacking. Colton in particular has a pattern of over-promising and under-delivering, which caused unnecessary frustration and wasted time. I would strongly advise others to seek a more reliable and professional company.

This is not related to the work but a van driver. At 6:45 am 6/13/25 I am heading north on Woodlawn and their van was tail getting me. I was going 42 miles an hour he then switches lanes and does the same thing to the car beside me. At stop light I look to see who the van belongs to. He was trying all he could to get us to go faster so he cut cut one of us off. As he exited on 96 highway I look at he and he flips me off for doing nothing other then driving the speed limit. WOW.. Old man with gray hair. If this is how a driver treats unknowns on the streets of Wichita, why would anyone hire you. I know I never will.

If I could give zero stars, I would. They were hired through our condo association for an investment property that I own. They gutted my kitchen and then forgot to order the cabinets and left the condo unlivable (and certainly not rentable) for months. It took them over a year passed the date they originally gave to finish the work (and they still haven't completed everything they said they would!). They were impossible to get ahold of - I spent hours every day calling and emailing with no response. I lost a great deal of money on this investment property waiting on them to never actually complete the job.

S. Wilhelm and Glenn initially contacted our business to arrange repairs for one of their vehicles. Despite our repeated efforts—calling, emailing, and texting on a weekly basis—to follow up on the claim, they have failed to respond in any capacity. Their lack of communication has caused unnecessary delays and reflects a disregard for our teams time & resources that could have been spent with a committed client. This experience has been highly unprofessional and lacks the professional courtesy we are accustomed to when working with fleet accounts. Very disappointing.
