Salisbury Construction just finished up a 3-season porch and large deck for us. Ben Lapin and his crew did an awesome job on our project. We had a 12'x12' deck that was wearing out. Ben replaced that deck with a 20'x25' deck of which 12'x12' was a 3-season porch/Florida room. Everyone did a great job from creating the foundation, building the 3-season porch and the Timberline/Azek deck. But, it wasn't just building and cleaning up every day. It was craftsmanship from the start with the recommended architect at J.R. Associates to the extra touches from the almost seamless connections of the railings to the angled posts to the trim of the steps. In the winter, we just sat out on the porch looking out at the lawn. Now with the completion of the deck, we sit outside and do the same. Ben worked with us every step of the way and kept in constant communication via voice, text, and email. I would highly recommend Salisbury Construction.

Salisbury construction was recommended to us for our project by New England Sheds and Gazebos. We were having a garage built and needed a foundation. To say that our site was a challenge would be an understatement. We had to deal with and historic society and a Conservation commission. Ben Lapin and his team did an excellent job with the many issues that arose during this process. His communication skills were outstanding throughout the whole process. Any questions that I had were promptly answered, and telephone calls were always returned. I really appreciated all their patience and dedication to their jobs with the utmost professionalism. From start to finish, we were completely satisfied that we went with Salisbury for our cottage renovation. We trusted them so much that we handed them the keys in December & then left for the winter! People said we were crazy but we trusted them completely. And, when we came home in May, it was to an almost finished, beautiful new home. There were no deviations from our blueprints & almost every detail was perfect. Any deviations were minor & promptly corrected. Jon Lapin, the owner, turned us over to his son, Ben. DO NOT be fooled by his age! Although young, he is very knowledgeable & his attention to our every request was greatly appreciated. He also has a crew of talented tradesmen who solved some of the challenges we had..ask about getting the upstairs bathroom vanity placed! We recently had the pleasure of working with Salisbury Construction. My parents needed to move into our house due to my father’s Alzheimer care and support. We worked with GMT Designs and they referred us to Salisbury. It was a massive job which included adding a bedroom, bathroom, additional 2 rooms of living space and a kitchen remodel. Ben and Sal and their crew were amazing from start to finish. They were incredible craftsmen and detail oriented. They were not only professional but also understood our situation and always went above and beyond to meet our needs. Their communication was exceptional and the final results were amazing. Salisbury Construction put my house back together after a tree fell on it. All of their employees were top notch. From fixing the roof, residing the house, replacing the doors and repainting the rooms, everything was done to perfection. They cleaned up each day, nothing was ever left behind. I felt very comfortable with everyone and left my home open for them when I couldn't be home. I highly recommend them for any job and I will be using them for more projects in the future.

After a fire in my multifamily house Jon and his team came to the rescue. They handled the difficulties of dealing with various Worcester housing inspectors, keeping the delays on the project to a minimum The quality of the finish work in the kitchen, bathroom and trim around the windows was superb!
