Today 11/21 Dan, the technician arrived and took measurements of the water damaged area to ensure that all areas are dry. He was extremely professional. Everything passed his inspection and all fans were removed. Thank you for the outstanding job. Theresa Skaparas

Rescue Restoration is my go-to for the water remediation and rebuild needs at the condo high-rise I manage in Dallas, TX. My first impression was that I just straight up liked them as people. They seemed authentic and kind. Beyond that, they have been a dream to work with on literally dozens of projects. Their communication skills are great. They are well organized, and I can always count on them to show up, follow the associations rules, do a great job, fix anything that pops up, keep me up to date, and customize their communication so it suits me, my residents, and my board. And they do it all with smiles on their faces.

Good experience. Great staff, wonderful communication and same day.service call. Thought we had mold in a/c ducts. Austin came out same day called 45 min before his arrival. Was skeptical at first about a "mold inspection," quickly proved me wrong. Was not mold at all, vents and filter just need to be replaced. He then eased my mind more by showing me pics of what mold looks like from a job he had seen earlier. Just advised to get air. ducts clean, gave me a quote for cleaning air ducts. Was not pushy, very informative and highly recommended . Staff at office was pleasant, friendly and understanding. Thank you for coming out to evaluate the situation.

We had a dishwasher leak that resulted in needing our entire island and surrounding wood floors to be demolished. They started our project immediately and quickly completed the job in 3 weeks. Our project manager Jose Hernandez was a pleasure to work with. His customer service skills are excellent! He is extremely courteous, always answered his phone, and immediately followed through with our needs. Javier and his crew followed his lead and were highly professional. We truly appreciate the quality of work and effort and kindness given to restore our home and lives to normal.

After contacting Rescue Restoration previously, we scheduled for A/C duct cleaning 24 September 2025. The technicians they sent were Anthony and Allycia. They arrived on time, and we counted each vent. Both were courteous and efficient. They cleaned up as they went and were done in a more than reasonable amount of time. Before leaving they asked if I had any questions, I did not. Thank you Rescue Restoration for employing people like this.

My technicians were Travis and another fellow who, I unfortunately, cannot remember the name of. They were both professional and able to complete their job in about 3 hours. Travis was the main technician who answered my questions so he was pretty helpful and giving insight on my issue (mold in ducts). We also had Hunter come out and do the initial mold inspection. He was the main contact person and was able to answer the big questions regarding treatment, cost, expectations of the technicians etc. Great guys
