The two young men that came out were very pleasant and very polite and easy to talk to. I told him I only had so much finance to buy these windows and I told him my price and they came very very close a meeting my price within $1000 in a low interest loan so I was happy with that This review is for the young men that came out to present their product and they did a very good job

I am a strong supporter of using local contractors for home projects like roof replacement, gutter replacement, renovations and other services. The problem is that many local businesses in Lane County just don’t do great work, have unreliable contractors or labor doesn’t show up for the project. After having several frustrating experiences with service providers, I was skeptical about having my gutters replaced by a local company. I was contacted by a representative of Weather Built Homes in August 2025, who described her organization as "Veteran-owned" "Local woman-owned" and then told me the story of how this owner operated her business. I was impressed but had no work at that time. Fast forward to fall, my gutters are in desperate need of replacement and 2 contractors failed to show when I made an appointment for an estimate. Remembering the phone call from August, I called Weather Built Homes wanting to support this family owned and operated business. The first two appointments were a bust, sick employees and miscommunication left me with doubts about my importance as a customer, should I hire them to do the work. However, the third appointment I set gave me confidence that I had made the right choice. Donald Chamberlain came out and talked with me, apologizing for the previous miscommunication. He gave me an estimate for the project, describing the materials used, explained how the company operates, and assured me gutters could be replaced within my budget. I was impressed with the professionalism shown and decided to trust Mr. Chamberlain and Weather Built Homes with my project. I signed the contracts and am now waiting for scheduling. We shall see how that goes but I am excited at the prospect of having new, beautiful gutters with leaf filters so I don’t have to climb a ladder to clear debris. Thanks Mr. Chamberlain, I appreciate your patience and dedication to the work. I will update this review once the work is complete.

The salesman that came out was very professional. We worked to get both his company and me the best deal we could and we were both happy at the end of it. I would recommend them for any job you may have.
