Matthew from Welborn Garage Door Repair, did a fantastic job on getting our electric gate working again. Arrived prior to appt time, was kind, courteous and repair was done quickly. He also programmed our push pad that had stopped working. Highly recommended.

Where to begin….Tyler Niemczyk was great from start to finish. He inspected our garage door and let us know exactly what was wrong with it. He offered us many options on how to fix it and gave us his professional opinion. After we decided on the best option, Tyler got to work and was finished in under 2 hours. Matt was extremely professional and knowledgeable. He had a few challenges while repairing my gate but overcame them without issue. One recommendation to help Matt do his job more efficient and timely would be to have his van equipped with his own AC power system whether an inverter or a generator. This was one issue that Matt was able to overcome. Thanks again Matt!!

Two of our neighbors strongly recommended Wellborn when our garage door spring broke. The inspection cost $79. Stephen ran a full analysis and recommended replacing the full system since it's close to 15 years old. I got a competitive bid - for the exact same solution and warranty - for roughly 10% cheaper ($700!) than what Wellborn was offering. However, given Stephen's highly professional, detail-oriented approach, their 24/7 availability, and the positive feedback from my neighbors, I chose to pay the higher price for Wellborn. Edit 10/13: The new garage door system was making a lot of noise (banging and popping) as if it weren't aligned after installation. I called Welborn and Stephen came out personally to review it and then worked 6 hours until the system was what we had expected: smooth and quiet. He was very respectful and helpful.

Bryan was phenomenal. Patiently explained the problems with my existing opener and what my option's were. It turned out the old equipment was probably 25 years old or so, old. Replacement was the smartest choice. Bryan returned to replace the seals on both garage doors. Arrived on time, finished the work quickly and helped me set up the app on my phone. First class work all around.

Jordan provided unparalleled service. He was on time and extremely professional. He was really helpful explaining what he needed to do and why. Even though the T track for the garage seal was a pain to install, he got the job done. I really appreciate yall taking on this job. I couldn't have done it myself, safely. I'd recommend this company to anyone looking for honest pricing.

I wasn't experiencing any issues with my door, but I wanted someone to come out and make sure my door was properly lubed, balanced, etc. Jordan arrived promptly at 8 a.m. to check things out. He determined that my door wasn't balanced properly as well as the resting weight being a little too high. He also let me know I shouldn't be using white lithium grease for lubrication. So in addition to rebalancing the door he had to degrease it before applying the proper lubricant. He was kind enough to leave me the can of lubricant after showing me where and how to apply it. Jordan was extremely courteous and professional. The door operation was even quieter and smoother than before.
