Western Disaster came to our rescue during a terrible basement sewage back up. My home, along with 5 additional houses on my street, had a sewage back up which caused our basements to flood. During the incident, Brandon with Western Disaster, came to our door and stepped right in to help. He called more crews to come in. This was all after 7p, while it was pouring rain. They stopped at nothing to ensure our needs were met. Brandon arranged everything extremely quickly. The crews came back every day to clean up the damage, sanitize ite.s that were salvageable, move our personal items to pods, assess our losses and get asbestos testing arranged. I am blown away by how well they took care of us. Brandon, Eric and all of the guys in their crew were phenomenal. Incredible customer service, coordination and communication. Marco and Nathan arrived within an hour and were incredibly quick, efficient, and professional. They did an amazing job handling the flooding in my crawlspace and had everything taken care of in less than an hour.
