Richard is my technician and out of all the techs who have come to my home, he is so polite and thorough in his work. He does checks that no one has bothered to do but once in my 19 years of service from and pest company. He makes it worth the price I pay. Thank you for having such a wonderful employee and more importantly he’s a good person.

Our exterminator, Ian, has been amazing! He is always so helpful, caring, and willing to go above and beyond with the service. We appreciate him and grateful to have him. My technician Mr Ian was beyond informative and caused me to keep my home even more clean. He took care of a ton of wasp nest that I just kept as neighbors because they kept coming back. He came in like Superman in a gas mask and gave those bugs the KO! Really American hero out there, I’ll definitely have to book an appointment for the new year. More than grateful for the expertise
