Westside Construction did an outstanding job on my roof. My original decking was in horrible condition and after the hailstorm, and years of ongoing tree damage, the shingles were in desperate need of replacement. Every aspect of this project was handled professionally. Shea was friendly and kept me informed during the entire process. The crew was also friendly and thorough in all of the repairs. I have received many compliments from friends and neighbors after this project. Even better, it's nice to have a solid roof over my head again! I couldn't be happier with this company and would recommend Westside Construction for any roofing job.

We were recommended Westside through a friend and we couldn’t be happier we ended up going with them. Our salesman (Derrick) was amazing through the whole process. He was out within a week of contacting him to do an initial inspection. Determined accurately that a claim for a new roof would be accepted. During this he repaired and tarped certain areas of our roof to keep us protected until installation which gave us extra peace of mind. He worked with our insurance to help them better understand damage and how necessary a new roof despite some initial pushback. Above all he was very friendly, informative, and a great communicator through the whole process. The crew that came out had the roof done in a day and the end result looks amazing. Gutters done even faster soon after. Could not be more pleased!

Westside was awesome after March 14th tornado in Arnold. They did the fighting with insurance co. To get my home repaired. Derrick the salesman was great keeping me updated on progress. Work crews worked hard on completing the job at hand. Great company to do business with.

We have a beautiful new roof. Westside Construction did a great job!! Caleb Cox was our account manager and helped us every step of the way including making sure he was here when our insurance company inspected the roof and worked on our estimate. He was totally professional and super friendly. Thanks Caleb for all of your time and attention.

Not a customer—but they still trashed my yard and trespassed like they owned the place. I wasn't even their customer, yet Westside Construction treated my property like it didn’t matter. While working on my neighbor’s roof, their crew repeatedly trespassed into my backyard without permission, starting at 6:15 AM. I found trash scattered, a ladder in my plant bed, and crushed plants. Not once did anyone ask to enter my yard—they just helped themselves. I confronted the foreman, who smiled and nodded, and still the roofing crew kept trespassing in backyard. I had to call the company seven times before they finally stopped. That kind of communication is beyond unacceptable. Its been two days and no one followed up. No one apologized. When they left, they also left behind shingles, plastic wrappers, nails in my bushes, and trash in the alley. They even blocked the alley with their trailer so that cars could not get past for several hours. It was a complete mess, and clearly not their concern. If you’re not the one paying them, they simply do not care. I have pictures and video of the entire day and will be filing complaints with the City of St. Louis and the BBB.

Shea was the best from Westside Construction! He made sure all the work was done to my satisfaction. I’m so happy with the results. Thank you, Shea—your team did an awesome job replacing my roof and all the gutters. I will definitely refer customers to Westside Construction because of you. I don’t usually leave reviews, but I felt it was necessary after witnessing one of this company’s drivers operating a clearly marked company truck in an extremely reckless and dangerous manner. The driver was speeding, cutting off other cars, and swerving aggressively through traffic. This wasn’t just unprofessional—it created a serious safety hazard for everyone on the road. Behavior like this reflects poorly on the company and raises major concerns about their training and oversight. I sincerely hope management takes immediate action to prevent a potential accident Rating based on interaction with employee and not on a service.
