I have had the pleasure of using westside for years of repairs on my furnace and air conditioner. This year I had Darrin install a new AC and furnace and his recommendation on what we need was perfect. He always had fair prices and backs his work. Highly recommended. Thanks again Darrin

Came back from a trip in July to a hot house. Great. Made a few calls, Westside being one of them, I believe he was out the next day. He diagnosed it as a failed AC compressor. Mind you, I had recently replaced my 30yo Carrier with a new AC about a year prior. I had issues with it freezing from the day it was installed. I did have a 50+ year old Williamson furnace that had zero issues, and was told by the AC installer that the freezing was likely because the old furnace couldn't keep up with the new AC. That made sense. But as Darrin dug further, he fond out that there was a large gap left inside of my Williamson which is why my coil/ line kept freezing which then led to the premature burn out of a brand new compressor. Long story short, I wound up having to replace a working furnace because of this, and had a new compressor installed to the AC. Because of the error of the previous installer I wasnt able to get this covered by insurance, but Darrin did do his best to write out the best report possible. The insurance company still played chicken, so I just moved on and paid out of pocket. After install, I had two instances where the system wasn't cooling properly, and was running all day long! Naturally, a crazy high Duke bill followed. Called him up, said something isn't right, and he was there either that day or the next to see whats up. No nickle and diming! Doesn't make you feel like you're making the issue up either. He's honest, and will tell you what the problem was, confirming whatever you may have thought, which I really value as a homeowner. Shame this has to be mentioned, but he was also professional, NO creepy behavior for any single ladies out there. Also, during the time he was working on my system my dads system also had an issue! He went out to diagnose him on a Sunday and had my dads system fixed the next day. So he got a real 2-for-1 with us LOL. I would highly recommend Darrin for any HVAC issues and im glad I went him.

Im not just satisfied, because I got an updated thermostat and it looks really cool!!! It's about how I came about getting it, Hunter came out and did and exceptional job with his maintenance skills to get my heating system back up and running, he listened to all of my concerns about my home needing to heat at lower temps, and changed out old things replacing them with new ones and he also gave me a lot of helpful information to ensure my heat keeps running properly. They would be the only guys that ill be swinging my door open for when im in need of these services big up from me....

I had the pleasure of meeting Darrin yesterday and was impressed by his work ethic, expertise and willingness to help. He is by far the best repair man I've come across. Darrin came well prepared. He had all the parts and tools necessary to do the job. My family had a good night sleep because he worked tirelessly in the hot sun to ensure we wouldn't go one more day without cool air during this heat wave. My unit is over 20 years old and he got it working like new. Will definitely use his services again.

This was our first time using Westside and we were overall very pleased with the services. Darrin was knowledgeable and a great communicator, he took his time to talk through the issues with my husband and gave us tips for preventative measures. We'll continue to use him in the future!

I was having some problems with my AC unit, where my AC was short cycling. They made a few repairs and got it to work perfect again. Is been a few years now… they are my go to… super friendly and professional. Since I started using them, my AC and furnace are working in perfect conditions. The prices are fair.
