Your employee, Brandon, did an excellent job replacing a lighted ceiling fan with a new model. I bought it months ago and was so happy to finally get it installed in my kitchen. But the main reason I called your company was to have chasing Christmas lights installed, and I am thrilled with the results! Its obvious Brandon is a skilled technician, a literal workhorse in my opinion, and personable as well. I will have your number on speed dial for any future electrical home improvement projects!

Technician performed work without providing a quote. I felt I was not given any opportunity to approve or decline the work before it began, which seems unethical. He spent 30-45 minutes to replace 6 outlets and charged me $619. I expressed the high cost to the company and they refunded $192. The overall total was $427, which $358 was for labor and $69 for service call. Extremely expensive for a non-complex work. I would not recommend going with them due the inflated cost and the lack of transparency. Although, Josiah is a great person and great to talk to. He’s very efficient and knowledgeable.

Joe from wireone came to my home today to help me out with some questions I had about the electrical system in the new condo I just moved into. He answered all my questions with great detail in his explanation so I could understand what was going on. He's a great guy and I really appreciated his straightforward honesty and no bs approach to his work. I'm looking forward to having him come back to install a heater in my garage soon! I contacted WireOne on Saturday and they sent me a text right away that they looked forward to our appointment on Monday. I conversed with the pleasant lady and even added a few things I’d like done that my "handyman" screwed up. She assured me they’d take care of my worries and come Monday, that’s exactly what they did!! Kaden was my electrician. Very knowledgeable, explained everything to me that he was doing and why he was doing it. My issues were resolved and at such a great price. I thought I was going to be spending $500 at LEAST for my handyman, well EX handyman’s screw up. WireOne was reasonably and pleasantly priced. Professionalism and courtesy.. can’t go wrong there. I will use WIREONE for ALL my electrical needs. (Hopefully won’t have to use them, but if I do, they are my go to). You honestly can’t go wrong with this excellent company.

Both Stan and his partner were really great and accommodating, despite the unexpected call! They were very good at their job and incredibly upfront about pricing/plans going forward. I called them specifically due to fire alarm related issues, but I would definitely recommend them for any electrician services you might need! 5/5 stars for sure 🙂

Great experience with Wire One. We called and they were able to set up an appointment for the following day. Electricians Brion M. and Hunter B arrived on time. They were both very knowledgeable and extremely polite. They were able to complete everything that we requested. They answered all of our questions and explained them thoroughly. The company was great to work with.

Josiah was absolutely amazing! He made sure I understood what he was talking about, communication was great. He made sure I was comfortable with the stuff we chatted about. Answered all of my questions in a way I understood what we were chatting about. Made me very comfortable with my choice to call Wireone for my electrical needs through out my home.
