Brian was extremely thorough with our new home inspection. Brian was realistic with expectations, while also providing us with concerns. All Items were categorized by necessity. Brian was extremely professional as well. The services were priced well and overall my wife and I feel safer moving forward with our home purchase. WHI performed a home inspection on a nearly 100 year old home we were purchasing. Brian was very professional and thorough throughout the home inspection. He communicated timing and expectations for the process and had us come out towards the end to go over everything in person and took the time to point out details and answer any questions regarding the process and condition of the home. The report delivered the next day and was very detailed and organized and easy to review. The 360 images of each room were very useful and a great additional detail. Overall a great experience and would definitely recommend their services for what every home inspection needs you have.
