Xbuilt Roofing recently completed the roof replacements at our apartment community, and I couldn’t be more impressed with their work. From start to finish, the process was smooth, professional, and extremely well organized. Randy was especially great to work with, he was informative, friendly, and kept us updated throughout each stage of the project. The crew worked efficiently, maintained a clean job site, and showed great attention to detail. I am the facility manager for a non profit organization here in Tempe. After the microburst a few weeks back, we contracted XBuilt Roofing to handle all of the roofing issues we experienced. Randall and his team are professional, the communication is phenomenal, and the experience working with them has been extremely positive. This is my first review ever and I normally would never make a review, but here it goes. I parked my car during the daytime at my girlfriend’s apartment complex and there was nothing next to my car at the time. When I was leaving my girlfriend’s apartment that night there was a giant pallet of shingles next to my car and a bunch of fresh scratches. Thankfully most of the scratches were able to come out. If the damage had been any worse, I would have had to call the police and make an insurance claim.

We had a leak over our garage after the October storms. They came out quickly for a quote and were very helpful in explaining the repairs and our options. The team that completed the work were great and made the process so easy! Thanks XBuilt!!

XBuilt roofing did amazing job replacing my old roof. I had used them in the past and did not hesitate to contact Randolph to have them come out to inspect the roof as I was told it didn't need replacement. Many thanks to Rhett and his crew for all their hard work. Rhett gave me an estimate and ordered the materials. The workers worked hard and got the job done in two days. They were always very respectful of my property and cleaned up each day. The quality of their workmanship was excellent. I am very pleased with the outcome. I would highly recommend them to anyone. I’m got a recommendation a friend to try Xbuilt . I had them come out and give a quote to replace roof as week as re-seal two flat roofs . After we agreed on price and work they started the next day demoing and re rolling paper . We hit t a small snag (not their fault ) because tile isn’t very easy to fix 20+ years later . I removed solar off back which required a lot of tiles , not just broken ones on house . To their credit instead of patch work they did corner to corner the back of my house with the tiles that were the Closest to the old ones . They also resealed my flat roofs that I was having issues with leaking . After finishing I was in attic and found a few things that weren’t part of the original work ( from solar I removed ) . I called Randall and him and another guy came out on a Sunday to see and remedy my issues . I would highly recommend them and use them again if I need a roof done in my next house .

I had a fire from my solar panels that destroyed my roofing. Derek & Randall were recommended by my insurance company. I could'nt be happier with the outcome and will highly recommend XBuilt to anyone in need of roofing. They are very professional with attention to details and craftsmanship. Their workers also do and excellent job of clean up. Their team members always showed up on time and were a pleasure to work with. As a bonus they introduced me to Many an experienced craftsman who did and excellent job installing all my solar panels. Five stars is not enough to rate this company!
