Aviran is an absolute gem. He's such a good person- he came out in the rain and under the shelter of his umbrella, examined the gate panel and determined it was just a matter of resetting the gate by pushing a button. He didn't charge me anything, even though he made the trip on short notice in the rain. And he also told me that though the gate opener was not the best quality, there was no need to replace it just because it glitches sometimes in the rain. He suggested I only replace it in the future if/when a larger issue arises to save on costs. He fixed the issue quickly and told me what to do the next time the same issue happened. He was warm, generous with his knowledge, reliable, and trustworthy. His integrity is unmatched. I would give him a hundred stars if I could. Thank you, Aviran!!!

XTRA Care Garage & Gate was highly recommended to me. I did not have any prior experience with this company or the owner. I texted the phone number and the owner responded immediately and gave me excellent service, excellent advice and an excellent price. He worked efficiently and on the weekend, with a genuinely upbeat attitude and personality, a joy to work with. He’s knowledgeable, experienced, so nice, accommodating, and I would use him again in a heartbeat. He completely solved my problem and for exactly the price that he quoted from the start. Aviran came quickly to my home in Los Feliz and fixed my car gate fast. When it misbehaved the next day due the electrical power he returned again and fixed it for no fee. He is so kind and will definitely be using him again!

I don’t write reviews in general, but Aviran is beyond excellence! Unlike a couple of other garage door guys who ripped me off with sloppy jobs and replaced perfectly good parts just to sell their own (carrying them in their truck, taking advantage of my dire needs), Aviran was incredibly kind, honest, and professional. His passion for working on garage door motors and springs shines through, prioritizing customer happiness over profit. He saved me money while ensuring top-notch quality. I would give Avi 6 stars if I could. As long as he is in business, Avi is our garage/gate guy. One morning our garage door got stuck. We called Avi, and he was here within a couple of hours. He was friendly and made a great first impression. He quickly went to work and resolved the problem. While he was here he also fixed a problem we had been having with our electric driveway gate. We recommended Avi to a friend/neighbor who was having trouble finding someone to repair her gate intercom and entry system. He did a great job and she was also extremely satisfied. I would not hesitate to recommend Avi to anyone needing garage/gate repair. In addition to being a first-rate, professional Avi seems like a kind soul with great compassion for animals.
