1st Priority Inspections

We recently bought an older home, and Tim conducted a lead-based paint inspection. We are expecting our first child and wanted to make sure he wouldn't be exposed to any toxins. Tim was fantastic to work with, explained everything thoroughly, and was patient with my questions. Very happy with their services!

Tim and 1st priority inspections came recommended to me through my realtor. Even though I have had to use Tim 3 times he has saved me thousands of dollars and I am forever grateful. I was under contract for my first ever house and I called Tim in to do the inspection. While I was disappointed that the results of the inspection made me walk away from the house, I was impressed with Tim and his thoroughness. I could have unwittingly walked into a nightmare first home and he saved me from that. He provided a comprehensive analysis (that included pictures) and I could tell he was very detail oriented in his work and clearly conducted a complete and meticulous inspection. I knew I couldn't go through with the first house, but I knew I was going to use him for any inspection I required from there on out. I have now completed 3 inspections with Tim and apparently 3rd house was a charm! I thought his price was reasonable, especially for the service I received! I rarely give people 5 stars but Tim wholeheartedly deserves it.

The inspector, Tim was very respectful, helpful and thorough. He completed our home inspection in a timely matter, but not rushed. He explained it all to me at the time he finished and then walked me through to point out the areas of concern. I would recommend them to anyone looking to buying or selling a home.

Well done! We completed a total of 3 home inspections during our home hunt. Tim's detailed inspections and care to point out deficiencies and potential money pits/headaches really paid off!
