My experience with 911 Restoration.... Spencer himself was the first to show up to take a look at the situation and assess what needed to be done. He was very professional and very kind and empathetic to what had happened in my home. My water heater burst in the middle of the night, as soon as they were contacted they were on the scene. Once Spencer had determined what needed to be done, his team immediately came to my home, followed his instructions always checking to make sure I was comfortable. They kept me informed every step of the way. They also made sure to let me know what the next step was and offered any type of assistance. These guys are truly knowledgeable. I am currently disabled, using a wheelchair and sometimes a walker. The guys were more than kind and even brought me coffee one morning. They went above and beyond to do the job with the least amount of interference in my normal daily life. I will forever be appreciative of the job they have done and I would highly recommend them to anyone who has any type of problem they provide services for. Thank you guys you are all awesome! You never hope to have to cut out chunks of your ceilings and walls, but if you do- you will want 911 Restoration on your team. When we had a negligent vendor cause extensive water damage to our home, it was a stressful time of panic and fear. We were then connected to Spencer at 911 Restoration, and his calming and professional demeanor provided comfort and guidance in navigating this two month long project. He and Tanner worked in tandem coordinating his crews to assist, and they were always available by text or call. The crews worked efficiently, were always on time, and were refreshingly polite and courteous. Every crew member was able to answer questions and address concerns which demonstrated the depth of their knowledge of their scope of work. Spencer went to bat for us when our insurance company tried to downplay the severity of the damage and the extent of the work that needed to be done. This was by far the largest home insurance claim we have had to work on, and Spencer and Tanner went above and beyond in administrative hours to ensure their job was done thoroughly and properly. 911 Restoration truly provides a level of service and attention to detail that are unparalleled in this industry.

From start to finish, 911 Restoration was fantastic. I spoke with Spencer the majority of the time and not only was he professional and polite, but he responded to any questions I had right away. When it came to the actual inspection and removal of mold, they were very thorough and explained exactly what they were doing and why. 911 Restoration is so quick, efficient, professional, and trustworthy. Had a small accumulation of water in my bathroom and they acted immediately to ensure there was no mold growth. They inspected everything thoroughly, extracted walls to be proactive and ensure no growth of mold in dry wall, and dried everything in just a couple short days. Had it not been for them, we would not have known the proper steps needed to avoid mold growth with water damage. They are extremely responsive, knowledgeable, and by far one of the top in the game.

I had water damage from the upstairs bath to my 1st floor bathroom ceiling, walls, and baseboards. My insurance recommended 911 Restoration of Las Vegas. Tanner was my assigned project manager and walked me through the process. They built a containment around the affected areas and utilized negative pressure air filters/scrubbers while removing the damaged wood/dry wall. They sanitized and cleaned as we continued living in our home, hardly disturbing our routine. They had a 3rd party mold clearance testing performed and we felt confident things were handled appropriately. They completed the job prior to any insurance determination; however, Spencer(the owner)did not pressure any payment. They recommended a plumber to provide a better assessment of the source of water and ensure complete repair prior to reconstruction. I highly recommend 911 Restoration and would definitely use them again if necessary.

I'm a property manager with homes all over the Vegas Valley. 911 Restoration is hands down the most reputable, honest, efficient, and stress-free (as much as a remediation can be stress-free) restoration company in Las Vegas, possibly the entire West Coast. They communicate with you every day, keep you involved, assist with insurance claims directly, and genuinely care about doing the job right. It would be a mistake to call anyone else.
