My HOA sent this company and right off the bat dealing with Shelly in the office made the whole ordeal go smoothly. The first crew was Geronimo's' crew and they all came ready to work and they did. They found the major leak caused by the upstairs unit and fixed it promptly. For the rebuild they sent Joseph and Christian and on the 2nd day they called them away and sent someone who showed up but just didn't care like the others. He assumed and didn't ask. Steve the owner is great and listens and understands. He sent Joseph to fix the mess ups and Joseph is the right guy and he can fix anything. I'm still finding things Jeff did badly but I will just live with them. I would totally recommend this company but just speak up immediately if you don't like something. Thanks UCR for putting up with me.

An almost catastrophe from water! We had a VERY positive experience with Ultimate Choice from beginning to end. We are seasonal residents in a two story condo community in LV. In early January, we were at our home on the east coast when our condo association manager contacted us to say that there was a "significant" water issue in our unit. It was first noticed by the adjoining neighbor as water was seeping under the adjoining wall. When our manager arrived and arranged entry into our unit, there was almost 2" of standing water on our tile floor. Water was cascading out of our heat exchanger in the attic. Within a few hours, UCR was on the scene with many commercial dehumidifiers and fans to begin the drying process. When we arrived the following morning, we met Steve Feris, UCR President, who clearly had ULTIMATE experience. His team had moved and/or covered our furnishings and cut out and removed large sections of drywall and insulation. Steve thoroughly explained his mitigation strategy to circulate hot air under floors and through the ceilings. It was effective and efficient, with the least amount of drywall removal, which would save us money on the rebuild. The rebuild was conducted during our absence. When we ultimately returned, we were amazed at how flawless the work was completed. We can’t see the drywall seams. The rough-coat finishes and the paint on the walls and ceilings blended and matched perfectly. During the entire process, Steve and Ashleigh were responsive to emails and phone calls. Highly recommended.

They came to take care of a flood issue in a condo due to a neighbor’s water tank leak. Ultimate Choice was very thorough and professional from start to finish! I can’t say enough about how well they took care of the job at hand. I wholeheartedly recommend them to anyone needing a remediation or remodel. They do it all! Well done Ultimate Choice!!!

I’m the victim from a water damage from upstairs unit. The property management company hire Ultimate Choice Restoration. For a small job it took more than 1 1/2 month At the end of job I was told the toilet flange was rusted needs to be replaced I need to pay $250 to finish the job. When their worker removed my toilet no one said anything. I offer to pay for the parts but the answer is no ( parts is about $30-$50 since they were paid to put back the toilet already ) I used to work in construction I know this bathroom water damage job can be done within one or two weeks. They come multiple times and always something new needs to be done they can’t do it right away coming back next week. They make good money from insurance company but don’t work on a timely basis and ask for any more money even from the home owner. This is a money hungry company will take more time to finish work from my experience. I paid another plumber to finish the toilet because I don’t want to deal with Ultimate Choice Restoration anymore.

Ultimate Choice Restoration was AMAZING!! They came out immediately after the water incident in my home and were very thorough in their inspection and analysis of the problem and what to do to fix it. Once the water was addressed, Joe Meddaugh came and did the repairs and he was amazing too! Did phenomenal work - can’t even tell there was a problem!! Must say that everyone who I dealt with at Ultimate Choice was so nice and courteous. Hope I don’t have any more issues in my home but if I do, they are truly my go to!!!

We recently discovered a slow leak under our kitchen floor that had taken place over a long period of time. After mold remediation was complete, we started looking for contractors to put our kitchen, dining room, laundry room and garage back together again. Our entire kitchen was in the garage and cabinets had been torn out At that point we were not hopeful that our kitchen would ever look the same again After reading the reviews of Ultimate Choice Restoration, we included them in our process. And we are happy we did. Junior and his crew were very professional from start to finish. He returned the estimate within 24 hours. Every day we had workers here 8 o’clock sharp. Workers that stand out were Oscar, Samuel and Joe. We were amazed that each room looks exactly as it did before the mold and water damage, particularly our kitchen.
