James Deschaine did an excellent job repairing my daughter’s room after a flood. Every detail looks like new, and his work was very professional. Truly employee of the year!

Sergio Diaz and the entire team that worked on my mother’s house after a pipe leak did an amazing job with the stucco of the walls and ceiling. It doesn’t look like any of it was ever gone. One of the bathrooms was a complete loss and the remodel of it looks good as well. The team were very professional and willing to assist above and beyond what was asked of them. Thank you!

James came on to the project 8 months after it had started. He was initially tasked with correcting things found on the blue tape walk. My dad will tell you I’m the most difficult customer to make happy because I’m a perfectionist. With that being said, James exceeded my expectations in every way. James was meticulous with every detail, making sure everything was not only done right but done beautifully. He listened carefully to what I wanted, offered helpful suggestions, and treated the project like it was his own home. He consulted with the other people who had worked on the job previously to make sure he knew what the concerns and issues were so he could address them. He researched the unique things I had done (like the black doors) and provided helpful feedback. James never once made me feel like I was asking for too much or being difficult (even though he had every right to think it). He made sure everything was done perfectly before he left. Unfortunately, after he had just finished we had another minor flood and James had to come back. Once again, he restored everything to an even better condition than he had before. The baseboards have a lot of corners and it looks seamless. There isn’t a single flaw I can find. On top of his incredible skills professionally, he was wonderful to interact with personally. James was kind, funny, and trustworthy. He went above and beyond in the customer service department. When he would arrive, he made sure to interact with my nervous dog so she would feel comfortable with him and know he was there. If he left on lunch he would ask if he could bring me anything back. He even brought his own batteries from his house for me so I didn’t have to make a trip to the store. All of these things he didn’t need to do but he did and they didn’t go unnoticed. James is a true asset to BELFOR and the finished product speaks for itself. My only regret is not having him from start to finish for the project.

This company has some terrific personnel. I want to take a moment to tell you about James B . From the moment he stepped into my home he was courteous and professional. He understood how stressful restoration can and will be. James minimized the mess and cleaned up as he worked. While we all want professionalism it is a gift when we also get to experience kindness too. James is both. A very easy going manner and if ya have a question he isn't distracted with ear buds or numerous phone calls. Morgan (my service dog) and I discovered a friend....
