911 Restoration of Reno

I went with 911 due to all the good reviews which now seem suspect. I have never reviewed a company on yelp or google before but this company has earned it. I had mold remediation performed. Day 1 someone came out and did not bring the right filters for the scrubber to filter the air while working despite this being a standard practice during remediation. This same worker removed carpet from the contaminated area and threw it into the middle of my living room carpet in a heap sending spores flying everywhere. They spilled bleach on my quilt completely ruining it even though it was not in the field of work. As compensation, I asked for them to allow me to pay with a credit card and remove 3.5% fee which I thought was more than fair. They only allowed this for part of the payment which was amounted to a $135 discount despite my providing proof that the quilt cost $350. After 911 called the job done I had clearance testing performed and the tester said there was no point in testing as the job was performed so poorly. The clearance tester said there was no evidence of metal brushes being used on the wood (standard and recommended practice) and they clearly didn't hepa vaccum as there were rodent droppings still present on the floor of one of the areas being cleaned. The clearance tester also showed me pictures of a mud dauber nest and beehive that they had left behind on the underside of the roof decking that they were supposed to clean. Apparently they just cleaned the mold around them which clearly won't remove all of the spores. I will give this company credit for coming out and fixing these issues ( it took another 3 full days to complete the job properly ) and I was not going to bother with this review but them refusing to remove the 3.5% credit card fee on the final bill which still would not have amounted to the $350 dollars of damage was really the last straw. I have put a call into the project managers supervisor and am awaiting a call back but they guy on the phone couldn't tell me when that would be......

The 911 Restoration crew were extremely professional, prompt and provided excellent service. Ronnie was able to diagnose the problem and was able to get his team on it immediately. We had a rat infestation in our crawl space. They removed all the debris, cleaned and disinfected the area. The space looks brand new. They also recommended a top-notch exterminator to replace our current provider. Alivert and his team did an amazing job. So professional and so much expertise. I hope I don't need to call them back, but they will be my first call I have another disaster. Ronnie and team came highly recommended by a dear friend who had an extensive crawl space mold issue that this team corrected.

911 Restoration was great! We had a water leak in the ceiling that damaged furniture and soaked the carpet. They were able to deal with the water, dry everything out, and dispose of the damaged furniture. They were always professional and very communicative. And the final price for their services was very reasonable! Highly recommend!

After a rat infestation, my dirt crawlspace had lots of rat droppings and there was also some mold. While I thought the quoted price was high, it was $3,000 less than a second estimate and I found the estimator, Amanda, very knowledgeable and personable. The men who came to do the work were efficient and also personable. They put down protective coverings, so none of my belongings were even dusty, they scraped the surfaces and sprayed for mold, etc. It took two days and at the end of each day, Miguel even turned off the lights down there, which , in my experience, other workers do not usually do. The work was completed to my satisfaction and all of the detritus cleaned away.

I can't say enough about 911 Restoration. We had a mold problem in our garage. They came right out to give an estimate, to explain what had to be done, and what may happen if the job was bigger than expected. The next day they were at our house doing the work we hired them for. They worked all day long to fix the problem. When they were done, they cleaned up everything. We had a great deal of contact with 911 to make sure we understood the costs and work that needed to be done. If you have any kind of job that they can fix, I would highly recommend that you call them.

911 Restoration is extremely professional and gave me excellent service. They were able to start fixing and restoring my crawlspace very quickly. The project manager and the crew that worked on my house were all very knowledgeable and extremely professional. I hope to never have another disaster like I did, but if I did, I’m definitely calling them again.

Ronnie at 911 Restoration must never sleep bc he took Kevin’s call from Michaels Plumbing near 3:30am and was on the issue the next day. I knew nothing about claims and 911 took the headache outta the legal jargon. I’m very impressed with Ronnie’s professionalism and speed. He really knew how to pull the right teams of people together. And "TEAMS" it took ! Thank You 911 Restoration
