Paul Davis of Greater Reno and Tahoe, NV

I am the tenant at the location of this mitigation project. I have been in the construction industry in this community for 38 years. I have worked directly with virtually every restoration company in the region. I can honestly say, I have never experienced such professionalism and courtesy as I did with Paul Davis restoration crew. Having a flood in our upstairs bathroom that ran through the ceiling to the downstairs area was very stressful and concerning. I was so pleased when Mike, Justin and team leader Sergio responded quickly, the same night, and were so helpful and considerate. I felt like they knew what they were doing, and they put my mind at ease that our house was in good hands. Communication was excellent. Paul Davis has been the most professional team of people I’ve ever worked with especially Tiffany who was the first on the scene of a terrible roof leak in a couple of parts of our home. She was not only professional but empathetic to our situation and trying to expedite. repairs that were needed. Her professionalism is beyond exceptional. If I could give her 100 points today, I would she deserves the highest rating possible along with Paul Davis and their team.

I called my insurance company because of a broken skylight in my bathroom. They referred Paul Davis to be the company to work with. At the beginning they were fairly quick to get things started. I thought everything would be fairly smooth. I set an appointment with them to begin the work. It started and then I had to schedule time off and them not showing up. They asked for 3 days to begin at the time, didn't show up the first 2, I called and then they realized they were supposed to be there. They flaked a couple more times throughout the process. It has taken 9 months and still awaiting 2 of the punch list items to be completed, but they wanted to be paid. I brought up the times they didn't show, but they couldn't remember the conversation...

We just had a flood in our high rise condo. The guys got there day of, stayed well after 5pm on a Friday leading into a 3 day weekend to start mitigation on water damage. They connected with downstairs neighbors also. The crew has been communicative and show up to check on the drying and now have removed the flooring that didn’t dry. We are now progressing to the repair phase. I want to say Kenny was awesome in our mitigation phase, he was our constant on site every week day. Mason and Chis managed the crew and project with professionalism and consistency. They have maintained necessary contact with our insurance adjuster and kept things moving. We are happy so far with Paul Davis as we move into repair !

My condo was affected by smoke intrusion from a serious unattended fire in the adjacent unit. Sergio directed the clean up operation by frequent calls to me directing times etc. Oscar and Steven did an excellent job in covering furniture and tapeing windows, floors,doors before painting walls with special fiber lock coating over several days. Restoration on the condo was perfect Thank you for excellent and efficient team work in this most stressful time.
