CRBR Property Damage Services - Restoration & Construction

I recently had a fire 4/17/25 at my residence. The fire started at 11:00pm and CRBR arrived on the scene that evening and called a crew in to board up the property about 12:30am. Spencer Meadows is my project coordinator that I have been working with for the past 2 months. He has been available 24/7 and has never failed to take my calls. The whole company has helped me with plans, decisions and dealing with the insurance company. My daughter in Yuba City had used them for water damage st her home and she was very pleased with their work. When she came the night of the fire and saw their trucks, she was glad to see that they were the ones helping me with the cleanup and restoration. I would definitely recommend them to anyone who needs their services!!

I had both an unknown shower leak behind the shower wall and an O-ring leak in my kitchen sink sprayer that caused some flooding & microbial growth on the walls in 3 rooms. Everyone at CRBR was very cheerful & client orientated. I was very impressed with the quality of work & thoroughness displayed by three workers in particular. Cassidy is one of the hardest workers I have ever seen in any line of work. She had a bit of an accident, but took full responsibility for it & had outstanding integrity which is a rare & valuable quality to find in workers these days. I was truly proud of her & impressed by her honesty & willingness to work extra hard and long to make things right. I really appreciated her great communication skills, constant hustle, cheerful attitude, impeccable work ethic, & great leadership skills. Bridget also worked incredibly hard & had the strength of at least two men- she was inspiring & amazing & very clear in explaining each step of the mitigation process so I always felt comfortable & knew exactly what was going on & what to expect next. She & Cassidy are two of the hardest workers I’ve ever had the pleasure of meeting . They are true professionals, & totally friendly & cheerful & kind as well. They did the majority of the work, but the others that assisted- Trei ( who never stopped smiling the entire time he was there, & had a very helpful & well mannered & uplifting attitude) & the project manager,Tammy, & Brian, the project coordinator, were also very pleasant to work with & explained things well & did quality work & were very thorough & all got answers for me very quickly, which is also very refreshing these days. I am very happy with the quality work they have performed & look forward to the restoration phase next.

I had a great experience with CRBR. They helped me navigate a fire damage and complete rebuild. They dealt with my insurance company and lender so I didn’t have to. Marshal and Aaron were very professional and were able to answer all my questions! Highly recommend!

Marshall Monticelli was the Superintendent on our extensive water damage claim and he was a true professional! He was easy to reach and had excellent communication skills with all of the different subcontrators. He was able to move all of the construction repairs to a final conclusion in a timely manner. We appreciate everything that he did to help us. The final outcome is so beautiful. We feel grateful that he was assigned to our job! Thanks CRBR for hiring high quality employees!

I had a fire on the 12th of August in my home and the response to help was as instantaneous. There was immediate help in making sure what was remaining of my home was secure and cared for. The mitigation team was not only thorough but extremely caring in explaining why things that one would think were okay were actually not safe due to ash, smoke or foam chemical damage or electronics should be checked out. They made this process, though very hard, a bearable one. Kaleigha specifically was an incredible joy to be around and have here daily. I looked forward to seeing her knowing she would bring a light hearted yet understanding sence of calm to this chaos. She found all my babies wet school photos and carefully laid them out in order to try and save some memories for me. Of the management team, Danny Jr. took time to explain everything happening in detail, and just be calm through this, yet ensuring all that had to be done was completed with a very set high standard. Tyler and Trey were instructed before crazy amounts of mitigation debris were thrown out that my husbands first sons ashes were in a necklace in our room and had to be found. They spent all the time needed, digging through and sorting out mounds of ash, wood, and insulation to find these. They found them! They also brought me coffee and bottled water with no hesitation in knowing what was needed!!! (Yes that needed 3 explination points) The management in place is stellar and the people who come out are wonderful. While this is an insurance job so cost is not an aspect I handle personally I can tell you they are cautious and careful to not go insane with aspects that are not necessary. You can trust that if they say it's better to be safe then it truly is. They have your best interest and children's wellbeing at the forefront of their minds.

Overall excellent company to work with. After a delay in job start due to unforeseen circumstances, Marshall at CRBR picked up the entire process himself and went above and beyond to make sure that things were handled correctly and efficiently. If you’re going through Reno CRBR, recommend working with Marshall directly - real deal, old school contractor.

We are very happy about how CRBR has been handling our fire damage. They were very responsive and answer all our questions . They are prompt and everything is done in a timely manner. They are knowledgeable and experienced and we are so lucky to have them. We couldn't be more pleased. A special shout, out to Spencer and Danny who have been with us every step of the way, always keeping us informed about everything they are doing, amazing,Linda and Bruce B
