Lupe and her EXCELLENT team worked tirelessly and efficiently to make the impossible come true!! EVERY INCH of our store was thoroughly cleaned including our equipment, ceilings, and walls! I will definitely reach back out to them in the future. 10 out of 10!!!

ServPro was top-notch when it came to their service. We had a wet drywall issue. Miguel, Juan, and his entire team were super friendly, efficient, open, and just the absolute best. They did so much in one day! We thought the leak causing the wet wall was fixed, but they brought it to our attention that it wasn’t. They helped us find the source of the leak and kept us updated every step of the way. They even made sure we got the leak stopped. They also covered our furniture and were very considerate of our space. Miguel had the answer to every question we had. He went above and beyond! We highly recommend ServPro and specifically Miguel! If we ever have another issue and need drywall replaced or something along those lines, we’re using ServPro and requesting Miguel! Thank you, Miguel, Juan, and the entire team of ServPro! If I could give more than 5 stars, I would. Photo 1: They taped down the wire so no one trips. (I thought that was very considerate of them.) Photo 2: Their fans & humidifier. They create their mold cleaning solution so you cannot get what they use anywhere else. Photo 3: They cleared out the moldy wet wall and are now drying it.

Very polite people. They insisted on us just sitting down and directing them while they did all the unpacking. They kept in-touch with us about our belongings and worked around our needs and schedules. I would use them over and over and highly recommend them to anyone I know!

Absolutely the most unethical company I've worked with recently. Refused to give actual pricing for the equipment and services rendered at the time of service. Instead wanted to provide an estimate of full remediation despite never having a commitment from us for full remediation service. After pickup of equipment an invoice was sent with different amounts and items listed which were not on the estimate. Be advised on their pricing and invoicing practices prior to using their services. In response to the business’s reply, I’m happy to share my information with any individual who is considering their services. The business leaves out a lot of details around their practices while trying to paint themselves in a much better light. No mention or accountability for not providing pricing for actual services rendered at the time of service despite being asked. No mention below about threatening legal action 4 days after sending their invoice when being questioned about their bill. No mention of being told both at the time of service and the very next morning we weren’t interested in full remediation as the water leak had occurred less than an hour prior to being addressed. I’m sure people have had good experiences with this company. Our wasn’t a good experience and consumers deserve the right to know all sides. In my opinion this company tried to immediately steer us toward filing a claim on our homeowners insurance to maximize their profit. When this wasn’t going to happen, their reluctance to be transparent on pricing up front led to additional charges to us, the consumer. If you choose to use this company be more forceful with what you want to be done, don’t accept an inflated estimate, and research other options.

Those that worked at sour house from ServPro were outstanding. They placed our stuff as best it could. Under Lupe’s leadership they handled all situations perfectly. We thank them. David Henson

Miguel was AWESOME! He did an great job explaining everything, worked quickly, and was very sensitive to working around our memory care residents. He brought a great team as well who did the same. I highly recommend ServPro of Bellaire, Miguel, and his team.
