I couldn't be happier with my choice of Servpro of Park La Brea as my restoration company. After trying to deal with 2 (unreliable) businesses in the aftermath of the Eaton Fire, my insurance adjuster recommended them as "a group that knows what they're doing." Their cleaning was thorough and detailed - always explaining where they were in the process and what to expect next. I really appreciated how responsive they were as well. On the rare occasion that my call went to voicemail and I left a message, I got a return call within minutes. The owner Mona maintained contact throughout the restoration and even called me weeks after completion to see how I was doing and if there was anything else she could do to help. I highly recommend Servpro of La Brea!

Mona and Jordan and their team were incredibly helpful! We were taken by a surprise with a major leak in the roof that led to remediation and no help from insurance. Mona and team were beyond helpful, not only moving quickly to provide services, but also helping to educate us on the process, connecting us with a contractors for multiple estimates, and guided us through the whole process. And then when they got into the repairs, they found the damage was slightly less, and the charge was LESS than the estimate. A rare occurrence these days. Honest and helpful. 10/10

Extremely Disappointed – Unprofessional and Negligent Servpro is the WORST . DO NOT hire these people - my belongings are covered in mold still & dirt - nothing was wiped down. My god mom took her life last year & all I had left was my stained glass rainbow painting she made me. Mona threw it in a box with no bubble wrap or care and it’s now shattered glass , only thing I had left of her. It’s honestly devestating. No care whatsoever and my pictures thrown into the box crumpled that I had from my childhood. Highly recommend to go somewhere else these people don’t care about your belongings Because of their negligence, my belongings are now contaminated again in my new apartment, and going to continue to be sick This wasn’t just careless—it was dangerous and inexcusable. If you’re dealing with any kind of mold or serious remediation, I would not trust ServPro , Mona or her team with your health or your property. Mona and her team are unprofessional & lack integrity. Go anywhere else you’ll be happy you avoided these people. She also cracked my 65 inch TV screen & called me names. Honestly Mona , I know the truth & so does my family. You’re the one who’s unethical & doesn’t value clients belongings. No accountability taken at all.

I appreciate the diligence and care with which Ms. Jones at SERVPRO of Park La Brea handled our request for assistance in the reconstruction of our water damaged bathroom and bedroom. Their contractor, Mr. Ramirez, was able to complete the repairs promptly and to our satisfaction.

Service was excellent, from our first call until final clean-up when the remediation was complete and things were left in perfect order. Professional and friendly, clear explanations of what was needed and how they would respond. Highly recommend!
