Disappointed with ATI's service and pricing! I recently had an unpleasant experience with ATI when I hired them to replace the flooring in my home. Initially, they provided me with a quote that seemed reasonable. However, upon completion of the project, they charged me significantly more than what was agreed upon in the initial agreement. Not only did ATI fail to communicate any changes in pricing throughout the process, but the quality of their work also left much to be desired. The floor installation was sloppy, with multiple noticeable flaws and uneven surfaces. Additionally, the project took much longer than anticipated, causing unnecessary inconvenience and disruption to my daily routine. During multiple occasions, the workers would show up very late and take hours of breaks during the day, which caused the job to take a lot longer than expected. I had several conversations with the workers who did were used due to their illegal status in the country. These workers were paid low wages. I reached out to ATI regarding the discrepancies in pricing, but their customer service was unhelpful and unresponsive. They showed no willingness to rectify the situation or address my concerns. I strongly advise against using ATI for any flooring projects. Their lack of transparency, poor quality of work, and disregard for customer satisfaction are extremely disheartening. I regret choosing them and hope that others can learn from my unfortunate experience. Please look for another company to replace your floor if you don’t want any headaches.

Didn’t take damage pictures before they started the drying process then sends a guy out to take pictures that gentleman tells me they coming back the next day he tells me manager says Monday then the insurance adjuster that never showed up denies me. Very unethical experience.

If your insurance assigns ATI, push back. You’ll end up managing the project yourself. They don’t communicate and quality control is not a priority.

We had a great experience with ATI and specifically Allen Brush. He was such a great help and very knowledgeable. Our home flooded and he helped to get it repaired and back normally quickly. Would highly recommend.

ATI restoration has been a godsend for me. They completely rebuilt my house in 2021 after a flood that resulted from frozen water pipes bursting during the TX power grid failure in Feb of that year coupled with unusually cold temperatures. ATI again came to the rescue in 2024 when my house was hit by lightning and consumed by fire. In both instances ATI performed a complete restoration for me and in 2021 a nearly complete rebuild of my house. In 2024 I chose not to rebuild, but if I had, it would have been with ATI. They are a professional organization from top to bottom and I could not recommend them more enthusiastically.

Absolutely horrendous customer communication, terrible customer service, late and opaque billing outside the terms of the actual contract, bullying tactics, and a company where every internal department is clueless as to what the other departments are doing and have told the customer. No issues with the work they did but tons of issues with how they bill, their complete lack of communication, lack of responsiveness to my inquiries and concerns, and then bullying tactics. The contract states that payment shall be made "as the work progresses" with the final amount collected "when the emergency services are complete" but they did not communicate with me at all once work started about the cost or even about the progress of the work. They set up their water mitigation equipment and then a few days later said it was complete and they would come retrieve their equipment. Then I did not hear anything until a full month later when I got an invoice for $1,987. The contract I signed actually had the fixed price line checked but there was no amount there. Instead they told me they would keep me updated during the project, which they did not do. If money was due "when the services are complete" then that should have been communicated at the time services were deemed complete. To send an invoice for money above and beyond what the contract said a full month after the completion of work is actually against the contract as the contract stated "the entire balance (if any), including any and all amounts for additional Work authorized in any and all Change Orders, is due within 10 days after Substantial Completion, as defined below, of the Work or Client’s receipt of ATI’s invoice, whichever is earlier." Even worse, I proactively tried contacting ATI's invoice and billing department via email and never got a response. I also spent 10 days calling them before finally getting a response and that was simply to refer it back to the local office. The local office then failed to communicate properly. Finally, 3 months later I get a demand letter from their legal counsel threatening to place a lien on my residence if I didn't pay within 14 days. I again reach out to different people at ATI but the local office claimed to not be aware of any of my previous emails or concerns and then threatened to place a lien if I didn't pay within 48 hours. This was quite an escalation above what their own legal counsel said. ATI repeatedly failed to communicate, rarely replied to emails, and each person & department claimed that they couldn't do anything and that it was up to another department.

I’ve used ATI on at least 3 water damages in the last 6 months at 3 separate properties. Nothing but good experience from the techs to the mangers. Will Pearce and his team are very knowledgeable and communicated well with us throughout the whole process.
