The Intensa Dry team was professional, kind, extremely capable, and they each did an excellent job helping us when our pipe burst. They were extremely knowledgeable, thorough, and they showed up within an hour to the Arlington area to help us with our emergency to immediately begin mitigation of the damage. They helped us improve our home during the restoration process. We were pleasantly satisfied during what was an extremely stressful time for us. We especially appreciated John and Ruben for their exceptional skills, as well as Eric for his communication and assistance!

Elnard and his team did a great job. They worked hard to get us the most for our insurance claim and then restored our property better than before. It was a real stressful time for us, but Elnard was calm and methodical throughout the process. Most of all, he was within budget and did not sacrifice quality. His team was easy to work with especially Reuben! Recommend them for sure!
