I recently hired Coalition Restoration for several home improvement projects, including roof replacement, gutter installation, interior painting, and fence repair. Our experience was not the best with Coalition Restoration, they said they were gonna take care of communicating with insurance and they did not. They took forever to start the restoration of our roof, very poor communication from their side, they would said they be there in the morning and then ended up showing up after noon. It was a very frustrating experience, it’s been 2 months since our roof got damaged after a tree had fallen on too of our roof and they still having finish the job. I would not recommend this company to nobody.

Ash and David from Coalition Restoration started working on my house in the spring of 2022 after my roof experienced leaks from storms. It was a long journey involving insurance approvals, appraisals, engineering reports, discovering new issues and of course the repairs themselves. It took almost 2 years to complete all the extensive repairs (roof, framing, mold testing, sheet rock, insulation, gutters, windows, paint etc.) and it was frustrating at times since the repairs were taking forever, but Ash was patient and used his experience to follow the necessary protocols to ensure that the work was completed up to code by competent contractors and documented thoroughly for insurance reimbursement. I’m glad we stuck with Coalition to get all the repairs done the right way and get insurance to pay for everything. They continue to be professional and responsive with minor post-repair issues, and I highly recommend them to my friends and neighbors, especially if they have large, high valued homes over $2M.

If I were to give this company 10 stars I definitely would ! We were referred to Colby by another company to help us with some damage after a big storm and a huge tree fell on our house …. Our roof and some interior parts of our home have some structural damage( we are due to have another baby in just a few short weeks plus have 4 other younger children in our home including a child with special needs that does her therapies in home so we needed these issues fixed pretty quickly )…. colby was very quick with communication , very friendly and was able to come out so fast along with another team member . We are very grateful and appreciative of this company making our growing family a priority 🙂 , making this a stress free process and helping us get back to our everyday lives …. If you need some repairs , restoration , etc. this is definitely the company for you 🙂

After hail damage at the last two homes we owned, we contracted with Coalition Restoration Contractors to replace the roof and make all the repairs needed to bring our home back to the standard we wanted and expected it to be. We found working with Coalition Restoration Contractors to be seamless as they took the time to explain what was needed, the time frame we could expect it to completed, and them went about completing the work as efficiently as possible. They are and will be our contractors of choice for any roofing needs, They are highly recommended.
