ServPro employees, Bennie and Zavier, came to our house after a water pipe burst and caused extensive damage in our home. They were professional, courteous and did a great job removing the damaged drywall in the dining room and the entire garage ceiling. We were impressed by their work, how clean they left those areas before leaving, and would recommend them to anyone in need of their services. They were excellent representatives for ServPro’s business.

Nothing is worse than waking up to a flood in your kitchen and house and Servpro was extremely helpful in helping mitigate the issue. The service rep who came out, Josh, is extremely professional, courteous, knowledgeable, and helped ease our nerves throughout a stressful process! He communicated clearly and frequently and is such an asset to the company.

Our basement flooded and we needed mitigation done on about 50 percent of it. Called on a Friday and had an estimate Monday and Job started the following day. The team of Benny, Javier, John and Xavier completed the work in a day. Awesome job, no issues, very professional.

Cleanup and restoration from behind wall pin hole leak in family/TV room. The entire room, walls and carpet, furniture had to be restored. Josh and Delaney did a awesome job. They kept my wife and I constantly updated as the restoration is progressing.

We had someone step on our fire sprinkler pipe in the attic so I called ServPro and they had someone out same day, which was a Friday afternoon. Josh communicated everything they were doing, what he saw and let me know how to take care of it over the weekend. He promptly returned on Monday on time and let me know what times he would show up the rest of the week. He was always on time and ready to work. He also answered every question I had with a solid answer. He even helped me find a residential sprinkler repair person to come out fast (which was very difficult)! I’ve used ServPro twice in the last year and couldn’t be happier, as much as someone could be happy with water damage…

I’ve used SP of Howard Co. a few times over the past 10-12 years for flooding in our finished basement. They always make it like the ad says… like it didn’t even happen. Everyone from the different crews to the office folks have very professional, responsive, friendly. They work directly with insurance, and make the situation as easy as it can be.

After a devastating house fire in July, we didn't know where to start or how to even get the rebuild process going. Kevin walked us through every step of the process and kept us included on every decision made. Turning our horrible turn of events into our dream home with little to no hassle!
