Dry Force did an excellent service and ensured that our needs were met. Jeremy facilitated a smooth process of making us safe by providing the tools that aerate our home, especially that we have a daughter with respiratory problem that exacerbated her condition due to the moisture on the wood. All the workers who came were respectful and explained how they are going to work on the areas affected by the leak, and protected the areas as they were in and out of the house as they haul the machines and materials. We highly recommend Dry Force for their prompt, and professionalism to carry out the job.
Dry Force was great when my 88-year old mother's water heater failed - they were very quick to respond, engaged her insurance company and Alberto helped us immensely with her insurance company who initially refused to help with any of the cost. He was as determined as we were on overcoming the insurance company's indifference. Thank you to the entire team, especially Alberto, for all of your help and support - it made a very stressful situation, much less stressful knowing we were working with a company that truly cared and worked with us as a team throughout the project.
Long story short, if Parker & Sons or any other plumbing company ever recommended or referred to Dryforce, just say no to it. I had terrible experience with them. Got taken advantage and pressured, basically. Just to show that I'm not being bias and BSing, here are the good points about them: -Knowledgeable. -The setup is sort of professional. -They can get the job done, sort of. -They do try to engage with your insurance if you do have insurance. Now, here are the bad points: -Triple overcharged. If something that should've cost $1000, it would be $3000. Sometimes even quadruple that amount. -Saying stuff not to worry about the price and make you sign a contract despite already telling them that you cannot afford it. -Started the work without getting paid from the insurance and then demand you pay out of pocket. -Their work was very miniscule, yet I was charged 6k for a minor water mitigation. -They never drywall my walls. I had to do it with a friend of mine that had knowledge in drywalling and it only cost me a bucket of fried chicken. -They sold my "delinquent" account to a debt collector, so now I have to deal with lawsuit. -When they cut my wall and ceiling, it was piss poorly done. My friend told me how their cut was very uneven. -Before I sign the documents/contract, they were pressuring me how mold will be there if I don't act fast and that the ceiling would collapse and it would cost more. I have a lot more bad points, but the point was, I trusted them and that was my fault for being gullible and naive. I'm telling you now, if you have no knowledge or research about drywalling, do yourself a favor and actually do some research before hiring a contractor. And if you do so, do not go with Dryforce. Get someone that doesn't rip you off for one and two, let you think it through before hasting you and pressuring you.
Dry Force did an amazing job. The estimator, Jake, explained everything that would be needed and sat at my dining room table helping me to navigate all the insurance notifications. He made the whole process easier. The workers were professional, always on time, very neat and took great care during the process. The results were excellent! John and others in the office were also incredibly helpful. I highly recommend this company.
The Dry Force crew was fast, efficient, and professional. After the water heater burst in the garage, they worked their magic, leaving everything completely dry as if there had been no water at all! They did a fantastic job!
We had an unexpected water leak in our home, and Dry Force was a lifesaver. From the moment he arrived, Gilbert was professional, knowledgeable, and incredibly helpful. He took the time to explain the drying process, answered all of our questions, and made sure everything was done thoroughly and efficiently. On top of that, Gilbert was so kind and thoughtful while in our home—always respectful of our space and genuinely caring throughout the entire process. Dealing with water damage is never easy, but Gilbert made the experience so much less stressful. We’re truly grateful for his hard work and would highly recommend Dry Force—especially if you get to work with Gilbert!
Dry Force has been amazing! We had a crazy leak at our house and they were quickly dispatched and handled it quickly and efficiently. Everyone is super friendly and professional. Would highly recommend them to anyone that needs them!
