We have used this restoration company on several of our jobs and they have consistently provided excellent service. Their team is professional, reliable, and highly skilled in handling a wide range of restoration needs. Communication is always clear and timely, and they take great care to ensure the work is completed thoroughly and on schedule. Kaleb, in particular, has been great to work with always responsive, knowledgeable, and dedicated to making sure everything is handled properly. Titan has been great to work with, and Houston and Bre are there to make sure of it. When it came to issues in need of urgent remediation, Bre was there to get the ball rolling and had us scheduled in no time; she was friendly, understanding, on top of things, and took the time to get us worked in. Once it came time for the work itself, Houston took on the job and has provided the best service I've ever experienced from someone at a company of any kind. He's been incredibly accommodating, timely, patient, thoughtful, and always willing to go the extra mile (and then some more) to get things done the right and proper way, not to mention being boots on the ground during the entirety of the project and always making himself available at all times for any further help; truly someone who enjoys what they do. I look forward to working with Titan again.

If I could give them negative stars I would. Everything started fine with the initial water damage removal/clean up, no problems. The issues arose when the restoration started. We were told from the start everything can be worked out with subcontractors who were solid, no complaints. Titan said their payment owed would be considerably less since we arranged everything with subcontractors. We worked out prices and made all payments to subcontractors. All work was completed and subcontractors paid, few days later Titan comes back with a larger payment request. They charged us for work they never performed or work subcontractors did and were already paid for. We asked repeatedly for an exact breakdown of the work subcontractors did vs what Titan says they charged for…crickets, no response. The site "supervisor" Jordan pretends he knows what he’s doing… thank goodness the subcontractors are good cause Jordan is clueless. Avoid this company at all costs. Every chance I get I will spread the word to avoid this crappy business.

I wanted to take the time to express my overwhelming satisfaction and gratitude for the phenomenal restoration project completed by Titan Restoration at Shoreline at the Lakes in Tempe! From the moment Josh's team stepped in, the entire process was handled with a level of professionalism, efficiency, and understanding that was truly remarkable. Team's proactive communication, planning, and unwavering dedication to quality of work really showed. I am absolutely thrilled – genuinely ecstatic – with the work that was completed. Big props to our boys at Titan for doing a speedy and excellent job today in apartment 168 at the connect on Union hills apartments. They went above and beyond the call of duty and did a quick and excellent demolition and water extraction. They even put a cap on something that was leaking until I could get there to fix it.
